Eccellente
MMmma櫃檯人員親切又細心，我自己都沒注意外送漏勾餐具，謝謝借我筷子，出入櫃檯人員也都會打招呼。訂房時有寫備註，行前幾天特地致電我跟我詢問細節，房型也是我想要的，低樓層的復古裝潢真的很美很特別很台南style，電梯旁有飲水機且走廊會播放古典樂，住起來非常舒服空間寬敞。如果自駕或是深度玩安平地區，非常推薦住這家！
兩層窗簾全自動，按鍵在床頭旁很方便，有留意到設計很細心，在浴缸旁跟馬桶旁都有SOS求救按鈕，浴室還有暖氣可以開～
完全不用擔心充電問題，從電視旁桌椅牆壁上到床頭兩旁都有，在哪都能邊滑手機邊充電。
唯二兩個小缺點一是床頭上方跟附近沒有大燈，只有桌燈或吊燈，躺床上滑手機覺得非常暗，如果一樣能裝上明亮燈光由住客自行選擇要不要開就太棒了～
第二是隔音，就跟之前有評論提到一樣，腳步聲跟拖行李聲無法避免，除此之外沒聽到任何人聲。

UUtente ospiteUn hotel boutique con un servizio eccellente e elegante, con un'attiva e amichevole personale, una bella biblioteca e una cucina comunitaria che aggiunge un caldo, sociale.
Poiché l'hotel è molto popolare, è stato completamente prenotato quando sono rimasto intorno al Nuovo Anno. La colazione è stata separata in ore ‑lunga slot, e ho scelto la 9 –10 a.m. slot apparentemente la più popolare. Il colazione era bello, ma purtroppo la zona di cena era molto piena di persone, e non potevo avere un posto durante il tempo che mi era stato assegnato. La coda era lunga, quindi ho finito di prendere una scatola e mangiare nella mia stanza, senza bere.
Anche se lo spazio era imballato, gli ospiti erano generalmente gentili e rispettabili nessuna spinta o alloggio alimentare, che apprezzo davvero. Tuttavia, l'hotel dovrebbe davvero considerare l'ampliamento o la riorganizzazione della zona di colazione, poiché l'attuale configurazione si sente piuttosto inefficiente.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto una buona permanenza all'Hotel Kindness Day. Il personale era molto gentile, e il parcheggio privato sotterraneo era un plus. Amiamo i pasti di sera liberi, la crema di ghiaccio e bere al bar un bel toccamento se non vuoi rimanere nella tua stanza. La colazione aveva molte opzioni, e tutto era ben organizzato nonostante le folle. La vibe rilassata e il check-out tardivo lo fece ancora meglio. Molto consigliata per un soggiorno a Tainan sicuramente prenoterebbe di nuovo!

But the toilet sewage had some problems and they had no one to fix over the weekend, had to wait for weekdays.
We eventually checked out before they could fix the toilet sewage system.

TtweenyfishThe room was spacious with places to put our luggages. The bed was oddly off centered but that created space for the luggage :) There were international electrical sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor.
The toilet has an odd configuration. Instead of a shower curtain, u get a ”toilet seat curtain” that u are supposed to pull to keep it dry when showering (water still gets splashed on it if it is not pulled well). The most inconvenient part of the room was the lack of a dry area to wear clothes after showering. Water pressure and temperature are great.
Location wise, the hotel is very near the western market, shen nong street. We were also able to walk back from the Tainan TRA station when the buses had ended at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the THSR Tainan station which stops about 3mins walk from the hotel. We only discovered this on check out, so good to enquire with the hotel before checking in.
The staff were generally friendly, when asked, they gave some suggestions about where to eat nearby. They look slightly unsure, possibly because it was ***** new year period. They were also helpful in booking taxi, massage and sending up additional clothes hangers. I did converse in mandarin though.
We can get bedroom slippers and bottled water for free at the lobby, so that was very nice.

The staff members' hospitality, understanding, and listening for their professional performance are the facts that need to be stressed.
The location in a giant sports park is desirable and attractive for the scenery. The pagoda beside the park is not frightening at all!
The cleanness of the room and restaurant is just lovely. I enjoy the choices in breakfast, and the chic environment is a plus for customers to try.

MMichelle ElziraWe cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

Per quanto riguarda il hardware, la stanza era di base ma pulita. La stanza era più grande di quanto ci aspettavamo. Le forniture di toletta sono limitate.

UUtente ospiteWe had a very pleasant stay as we were upgraded to a family room for free! Very spacious, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The only thing I would say was a downside was that the laundry closed at 10:30pm and that the dryer was quite slow.

PpeanutMDThe room was spacious and clean though it needs a bit of maintenance. The staff was friendly but didn’t speak a word of English. If you’re a tourist I suggest staying in the center of Tainan as this area was too quiet for us. There is a nice park next to the hotel though.
