"Scegliere la sistemazione giusta è fondamentale per qualsiasi viaggio. Questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, l'atmosfera era meravigliosa e la sera abbiamo chiacchierato e giocato a carte nell'area comune, stringendo nuove amicizie. La camera era pulitissima e la ragazza alla reception è stata molto accogliente e disponibile nel consigliarci le prelibatezze locali. Mi sono sentito come a casa. È anche molto vicino al centro storico, il che rende gli spostamenti comodi e offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ai miei amici!"

"My friend and I (both from Ireland) stayed here for 4 days and had the best experience. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- right in the Old Town with lots of nice shops and cafes nearby and beautiful places to take photos. The best part was the staff- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was really nice to meet lots of groups of travelers there from various countries, too. Would highly recommend!"

"Situato in un vicolo abitato dalla maggior parte degli uiguri circostanti (sono tutti cinesi, quindi non preoccupatevi: è molto sicuro e armonioso). Si respira una forte atmosfera locale e l'architettura circostante è davvero unica. Si trova a 2 chilometri dai quartieri residenziali di Kashgar, caratterizzati da alti edifici. Il vicolo è raggiungibile in auto, quindi potete prendere un taxi fino all'ingresso dell'ostello. All'interno del vicolo e all'ingresso, la gente del posto prepara naan appena sfornati e panini al vapore. Dopo le 20:00 o le 21:00, c'è una bancarella di barbecue che serve i clienti. Piccoli supermercati e minimarket sono ovunque, rendendo facile reperire le provviste.
È possibile acquistare bombole di ossigeno dal proprietario per 10 yuan ciascuna, cosa difficile da trovare nelle vicinanze.
L'hotel è pulito, con acqua calda in abbondanza, aria condizionata e asciugacapelli. I bagni offrono fazzoletti gratuiti e nelle docce sono presenti borse impermeabili per i vestiti. Durante la mia visita a luglio, ho mangiato frutta (melone) quasi ogni giorno, perché gli ospiti la compravano sempre per condividerla."

"The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

UUtente ospiteI have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.

My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

Mi piacciono particolarmente la camera con vista sulla città e la camera doppia Superior. Mi piace soprattutto la TV di grandi dimensioni e i gadget intelligenti. Le tende possono essere aperte e chiuse elettricamente! La camera con vista sulla città è particolarmente grandiosa, con un'imponente vista panoramica dell'antica città di Kashgar! In breve, poter soggiornare in un hotel di questo calibro vicino all'antica città di Kashgar merita un pollice in su e una visita di ritorno!

UUtente ospiteFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

È l'unità di aria condizionata e si trova alla porta anteriore della stanza, che è una posizione strana, perché è lontana dalla stanza stessa. Così ci sentivamo piuttosto freddi. Il personale ha fatto tutto il possibile fornendo bianchetti aggiuntivi. Infatti, il personale è molto utile. La posizione è buona e conveniente. Penso che il proprietario dovrebbe investire in un sistema di riscaldamento adeguato per la stanza.
