Hotel 2 stelle a Kashgar

Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever. -Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

Was staying in this place for a week. Super happy with this hotel and would like to recommend it to stay! The owner super friendly and happy to help with anything, place allowed foreigners and pets! Location right in the local neighborhood and on the next street have so many restaurants with a good local cuisine. If you want to go to the ancient town - it’s take 15 mins on electric bike, so everything what you need just here. Highly recommend it to stay!

Vicino alla città orientale e occidentale di Yash, a cinque minuti a piedi, a cento metri dalla piazza di Attichu, Hanbaza e la piazza popolare.Gli edifici popolari ereditano il stile tradizionale di ”arabia”, e il design eccellente del cielo medio porta la luce naturale a ogni centimetro di spazio all'interno della casa. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff are incredibly cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive energy creates such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that it truly feels like a home away from home.The view is perfect as I uploaded in the pic and its so good that i have booked it again for the next day and for my friends as well, if i come to kashghar again i will surely book this hotel A special thanks to one of the staff membe…….she is exceptionally kind, beautiful, gentle, and always treats every guest with genuine care and respect. Her friendly attitude and dedication made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and offers a peaceful environment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Sono una persona abituata a viaggiare da sola e sono anche proprietaria di un B&B. Sono abituata alla sensazione di essere in viaggio e mi piace anche viaggiare da sola. Questo piccolo negozio si trova in un vicolo poco appariscente di Kashgar. Sebbene l'antica città sembri brulicare di gente che va e viene, questo piccolo negozio ha scelto un posto tranquillo, molto bello e accogliente.

È stato un soggiorno molto confortevole e piacevole con i bambini. Il padrone di casa ha preparato appositamente una cena sontuosa per i bambini golosi del B&B, incluso il mio pollo al pepe preferito. Eravamo più di dieci persone, metà cinesi, metà stranieri, metà ragazze e metà signori. Ci siamo scambiati e discusso informazioni di viaggio e itinerari. Altamente raccomandato per i bambini che amano socializzare.

The inn keeper was very nice, I arrived really late at night and was having trouble finding it because everything was closed. He helped me find it I booked a non smoking room, and after checking in when I said the room smelled he promptly help me inspect another room and change the room. Be aware, though they lost as having non smoking room, none of their rooms seems to be non smoking. But it was still good enough, the new room only AC smelled a bit but I think they cleaned it up after the first night cause second night the AC didn't smell . Considering the price at that location, the amenities and everything else was very good. It was generally clean. The rooms are small but I was a solo traveller, so it was fine for me. Many of the landmarks are really close by this hotel. So I had a comfortable time just walking around to them or commuting pretty comfortably. The ancient streets are close by, and there is local and chain restaurants and stalls all around.
