Hotel con colazione a Kashgar

Lo ripeterò all'infinito: GRAZIE alla nostra fantastica padrona di casa. Quando si viaggia, sono le persone a rendere il viaggio memorabile, e lei ha sicuramente reso i nostri giorni a Kashgar indimenticabili. Il giorno dopo la partenza ci mancava già tantissimo. L'hotel è perfetto, le camere sono confortevoli, i letti comodi, ci si sente come a casa e la posizione è fantastica. (E c'è anche un gatto molto amichevole!)

選擇絲路有約民宿讓此次喀什之行無比圓滿開心，從下飛機那時開始到結束旅程整個行程完全可以無腦跟着走就行.我是家庭出行訂2個房間，訂房時不知道民宿是散佈在東西城各個建築裏的獨立院落，就訂了2個不同院子的房間，出發前管家瞭解我們是家庭後協調把兩個房間調到一個院子裏，4個人獨享一個安靜的院子，沒有嘈雜喧鬧，佈置雅緻舒服，白天在院子裏喝茶曬太陽，晚上閑聊聽音樂，長者孩子都很開心。 下飛機後有專人舉牌接機，不用打電話到處找車。到古城後管家小艾帶着直接到達入住的院子，全程自己不用動手提行李，也沒有繁瑣的入住程序，落座後小艾馬上送上來各種水果和小食、當地熱茶；房間乾淨衞生床品舒適，路途的疲憊一掃而空。 第二天管家小艾在約好時間來帶着我們去吃早餐，早餐後小艾帶着我們逛西城，帶着我們打卡當地人才知道的小眾拍照點，並全程負責拍照，讓我這個特不愛拍照的路人出了很多好片，超愛了。晚上我們去看演出，小艾幫着買門票，票價比其他官方渠道便宜100多一張，演出結束後小艾又帶着我們逛東城看夜景。 在喀什古城兩天行程裏，必須好好表揚管家小艾，服務細緻入微，有任何問題都第一時間解決，待人真誠有耐心，沒有應付和套路，是真正的在認真做事。 入住當晚我就推薦給了身邊的親戚朋友了，到喀什，選絲路有約.西域美學宿集，不用懷疑，直接訂就是了，推薦推薦還是推薦！

非常開心的一次住宿，位置就是古城西區門口，過個馬路便是，很方便。房間大小合適，收拾得也很乾凈。從老闆，老闆娘到裏面每一個人對客人都是特別的熱情，每次見面都笑呵呵的，還推薦了不少好吃的地方，每一個都好吃到停不下來。第一天提前到門口等待，臨走開車送機，老闆娘還送了一個小禮物 。這是我住過的酒店和民宿裏服務最好的，讓人沒有距離感，像去朋友家做客一樣 ，讓這次的南疆之旅劃了一個完美的句號。對了，臨走才知道他家在東區也有一家，叫歸徠寧居，看圖片好漂亮，下次再來喀什一定要去體驗下。

Excellent atmosphere and hotel staff was so cooperative and the hotel location is near to Airprot and pick and drop service is also good the hotel was so clean and everything was handled very good and professional

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e abbiamo trovato l'hotel molto comodo, pulito, spazioso. Il personale era tutto utile e amichevole. Abbiamo conosciuto il manager e il personale che poteva parlare cantone, che ci ha reso più facile da HK comunicare. Il nostro ufficio è stato guidato dal direttore in un ristorante vicino, benvenuto in un'ottima piastra di frutta e noci fresche, e la colazione è stata sufficiente con noodles freschi, più altri piatti caldi. Si noti che inizia dalle 8:00, che può essere considerato tardi rispetto ad altri hotel, ma perché Xinjiang è davvero due ore indietro dal resto della Cina, ma devono seguire il tempo di Pechino. La stanza lavanderia gratuita è stata utile. Ho avuto un problema con la custodia, perché il primo giorno la stanza era pulita, il personale prese la mia spazzola personale che ho usato per viaggere. Anche se non è stato costoso, non è mai stato preso da molti degli altri hotel che ho usato. Ho informato il direttore, ma il giorno dopo è successo di nuovo! Questa volta stavo usando il dentifricio dell'hotel, ma ancora, gli ospiti non dovrebbero avere preso i loro oggetti! Fortunatamente, ogni giorno ho chiuso in tasca i preziosi oggetti, e oltre a questo punto, ci aspettiamo di rimanere qui quando ci rivolgiamo l'anno prossimo.

The hotel exterior was amazing, felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. Location was fantastic too, right in the middle of the ancient city so we were in the middle of it all as soon as we woke up. Room was very clean and tidy, but the service was on another level. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety that we were full for the whole day! But the best part of our trip was Enwar, he was beyond AMAZING! his English was impeccable so we had a good time conversing and he really taught us a lot about the culture and we felt like we made a genuine friend on this trip. He took us to places after we got lost and really was an amazing human being, who also helped us get the best deals when it came to shopping as well! I wish nothing but the best for him. He also ensured we were super comfortable and all our needs were taken care of. ONLY 2 downsides were the room didn't have any window, which was not made super clear during booking and the aircon faced away from the bed so can get a little on the hotter side but nothing too unbearable as we generally had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. Also the private balcony was accessible by anyone living in the hotel so wasn't exactly private.

Dato che sono andato nella contea di Ta per due giorni durante il mio viaggio a Kashgar, ho prenotato una camera da letto king-size business per due notti dopo il mio ritorno. La camera è grande, con un divanetto, per il resto è simile alla camera doppia superior dei due giorni precedenti. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Questo viaggio a Kashgar si è concluso con successo.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff are incredibly cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive energy creates such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that it truly feels like a home away from home.The view is perfect as I uploaded in the pic and its so good that i have booked it again for the next day and for my friends as well, if i come to kashghar again i will surely book this hotel A special thanks to one of the staff membe…….she is exceptionally kind, beautiful, gentle, and always treats every guest with genuine care and respect. Her friendly attitude and dedication made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and offers a peaceful environment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Questa volta sono molto soddisfatto del nostro soggiorno al Mercure Hotel nell'antica città di Kashgar. L'hotel ci ha assegnato una camera familiare. Il fratellino è molto entusiasta e attento a tutte le richieste. Anche la camera dell'hotel è molto confortevole e pulita. Il Le strutture sono relativamente nuove. La toilette intelligente con riscaldamento e altre funzioni è molto comoda. La toilette e il bagno sono molto ben separati e ci sono vestiti da indossare. Dalla stanza si vede tutta la città antica ed è molto vicino alla città antica. C'è anche un servizio di trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto. Ogni giorno vengono consegnati in camera un piatto di frutta e uno yogurt. Anche la colazione è molto ricca. Vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui quando venite a Kashgar. I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
