"The Hotel room was great, nice and clean. The room is modern with a rustic touch of wood finishes. It has good views of of the Guiylang white house and twin towers that light up every evening. The building itself is surrounded by street food and restaurants so many options to choose from. There is a few western franchises close by KFC, domino's and pizza hut. There are two shopping cenyres on e across the street and the Dolphin plaza about 16 minute walk. Easy access to Taxis and ride share so there is no problem getting around. Our experience was great overall and would recommend it yo anyone staying in the area"

The receptionist treats you like a VIP guest from the. moment you arrive. Complimentary afternoon tea and other surprises on arrival. Smart room with smart everything from toilet to movie projector. Very easy to book 1 to 4 days tours with China Travel Service in Bld 5, or via brochures located in reception or ground floor. We love this art deco boutique hotel so much that we stay ed at the beginning and end of our travel in Guizhou for a total of four nights with four nights tour throughout Guizhou due to the vast distances between attractions. We were able to store our large luggage with them for four nights. They even packed a free breakfast for us on the day of our four nights tour as our coach departed at 06:00 am. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the No. 1 choice for anyone coming to Guizhou. Allow yourself 5-7 days to take in all the natural sceneries that Guizhou offers.

GGan Yung ChyanQuesto hotel è il più vicino aeroporto che abbia mai soggiornato in Cina. La stanza è spigola e spaziosa. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata al livello ottavo mi permette di vedere chiaramente il terminale aeroportuale, i ponti di osservazione, la stazione ferroviaria aeroportuale e i voli che parteno dall'aeroporto. In generale, sono molto felice di stare in questo hotel, ma il ristorante dell'hotel è chiuso a notte e il ricevitore non è intorno a prendere gli ordini di camera. Mangio pane durian al caffè dell'hotel vicino al concierge per pranzo. Rimarrò qui, certamente, di nuovo nell'ottobre 2025.

+ So we arrived a little bit late and when we arrived they told us to look at the other rooms for us to choose our favourite,and despite I love the pink room,I still went to and choose the green one,cause it's soooooo aesthetic! Like look at da pic!!!
+ The receptionist a young woman were sooooo helpfull! They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free!
+ She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!!
2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? LIKE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!)
+ Oh god I was soooooo shoketh to see the place is even nicer than the pictures hahahaha,they have a tea area with the views of the buildings, a huge bath tubs, a place for us to chill and tons of power socket to charge everything! And don't forget their huge projector to watch movies which can connect to your phones or ipad ! How amazing!!!!
+ The place smells amazingggg( forget to ask the owner what type of fragrance did they use cause it's sooooooo soothing!)
+ No wonder they call this place an intelligent hotel cause everything is calling out technology in it's superiority 😭😭😭
3. Location!
+ Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol
+ Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother)
+ The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

Ci sono cheongsam gratuiti da provare nella hall e la sera è disponibile anche il porridge a tarda notte. La stanza è pulita e inodore, nella camera familiare c'è anche un cavallo a dondolo, ci sono anche souvenir e i giocattoli per bambini possono essere portati via! Anche i bicchierini per bambini, gli spazzolini da denti, lo shampoo e i prodotti da bagno sono molto premurosi.
La colazione ha molte varietà e ha un buon sapore?

Cchrischan1609First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name.
Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower.
As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside.
as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight.
Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information.
How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess.
In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place.
Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night.
There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift.
I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Il servizio di popolo è buono, non solo con la cena del pomeriggio, ma anche con la cena del barbecue.Molto ricco, non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi per tre pasti al giorno.

I ragazzi e le ragazze alla reception sono stati molto gentili e mi hanno aiutato a risolvere ogni difficoltà che ho incontrato. Erano molto entusiasti e mi hanno accolto con un sorriso Dopo aver effettuato il check-in, il ragazzo della portineria mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera. La collaborazione complessiva è ottima. Il processo di servizio è molto fluido. Le strutture dell'hotel potrebbero non essere paragonabili agli hotel di nuova apertura, ma il vantaggio lo è che il servizio è buono, spendi soldi per provare il servizio, finché è pulito e igienico, il servizio è buono. Sono venuto qui con la ferrovia ad alta velocità ho preso un taxi e sono arrivato velocemente. Ho anche assaggiato molte prelibatezze del Guizhou e ho fatto il check-in con successo. GGan Yung ChyanGreentree Eastern Hotel is the largest airport hotel in Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport, located at AC Park. It has four towers. Check-in is at the fourth tower. I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above.
I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel.
During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened.
Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white.
On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me.
The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up.
I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers.
Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

環境：環境還是可以的喲，離高鐵站很近，步行十分鐘左右即可到達高鐵站，望着窗外都能看到高鐵站，主要是挺安靜的。
服務：前台的小哥哥還是很熱情，説話也很温柔，免費升級了房型👍，正常12點退房，入住比較晚了給延遲退房至14:00。
設施：設施還好，吸引我的地方是洗手間可以連接藍牙放音樂，對於我這種洗漱喜歡聽歌還的人很友好，很有氛圍，而且音感很好喲。
