"I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza but unfortunately the TV was not working for my whole stay. The staff were very apologetic but unfortunately it did not complete my whole stay. Just a shame that the problems with the internet and tv were not resolved before my stay was completed."

"Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home.

"+ Was an excellent stay. Great pools and jacuzzi.
- Room clean could be better as they did not top up the tea or sweetener, or laundry detergent. When called to bring sweetener, they brought sugar instead.

"The hotel itself was fine, but it’s clear it has seen better days. Some maintenance is needed across both the public areas and guest rooms. While everything was clean and tidy, it feels like little has been refreshed since the rebrand to Imperial Hotel.
We stayed a year ago, also in winter, and unfortunately the experience this time didn’t match the quality of our previous visit.
The staff overall were friendly, though a few of the front office team could use a reminder that a warm smile goes a long way. Having worked in the luxury hotel sector for many years, I know firsthand how much that simple gesture can enhance a guest’s stay.
Our main disappointment was with housekeeping. During our four-night stay, our room was not serviced on the third day - we had to request it after 6pm. The following day it was serviced, but not fully: towels were removed but not replaced, and amenities such as body wash were not replenished.
We didn’t dislike our stay, but the overall experience fell short compared to last year. With some attention to maintenance and service consistency, the hotel could once again deliver the high standard it has been known for."

"The reception Rio is very kind, he tells about the Gold Coast Festival and location . Also, he is very helpful for early in for IHG member therefore we can take a rest in the room b4 go to late lunch.
One small thing is the box for the compliment tea and coffee is old and quite dirty inside and outside. Also, if provide an additional box tissue in the room is perfect."

PPrasadQuesto hotel è spettacolare!!! Non abbastanza parole possono esprimere quanto è bella. Ogni membro del personale ti ha fatto sentire individualmente benvenuto e veramente guardato. Ogni persona aveva sempre un sorriso e veramente voleva aiutare. Gina e Alex, per esempio, nel ristorante di colazione Critique, sono stati estremamente utili e al vostro servizio. Rahul alla reception è stato utile e ha spiegato tutte le strutture dell'hotel. Il responsabile della manutenzione è stato estremamente gentile, amichevole e utile. La zona della laguna ti ha fatto sentire come se fossi a Bali, Phuket, ecc. Per dire che è spettacolare è un sottovalutazione. Per tutta la mia permanenza, ogni membro del personale ha fatto il mio compleanno estremamente speciale, memorabile e secondo a nessuno mai esperienze prima. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti di JW.

Our 59th-floor ocean-view suite with dual city vistas was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking panoramas. The check-in staff were courteous and efficient, and our children loved the swimming pool and spa. We were all reluctant to depart.

UUtente ospiteThe location is wonderful .. short walk to surfers paradise and skypoint is just right next door. Easy to get from airport as the tram stop is just right next to skypoint. Many cafe and restaurant choices. Did not use the pool or gym. Noise can be heard from room as the walls are thin. Easy check in .. staff did not advise much on the resort facilities and we figure out the wifi password base on the sticker on the kitchen wall. Our rooms balcony look out into the pool which is nice.

UUtente ospiteSurfers Beach Holiday Apartments was a great place to stay for our family. The management was helpful. Rooms were of a good size. The location is quiet. It is a easy walk to catch the G:tram. This makes getting to Surfers Paradise or other locations easy. Riding the G is also much cheaper and easier than trying to find parking for the car. While we were there, there were few people using the pool. Our grandkids had a great time... and mostly had the pool to themselves. I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator.(My fault for not checking.) Being on the third floor normally wouldn't have been an issue. Because of health issues for one of our family members, it would have been easier if we had been on a lower floor. If I had contacted the management when booking they said they would have tried to give us a lower floor. It's a great place and I highly recommend it.

GGabchoi We were here for a family trip and I was happy to choose this hotel and it is closed to sanctuary cove and also it has good staff that help me change my room when I got trouble with one of the curtain blind,
We stay four nights and the place was clean.
We can cook inside and also it is walkable to Cole’s supermarket and it has carpark space for free too

Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people.
The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests.
I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests.
The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾
We'll definitely be returning.

MMelzza23Sfortunatamente non abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. Prenotammo 3 appartamenti per una vacanza familiare e tutti 3 avevano problemi. Tutti 3 appartamenti avevano cons di aria difettosa. 1 cons di aria non funzionava affatto e anche un bagno in quell'appartamento non funzionava neanche. Anche quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo trovato uno dei nostri parcheggi con una macchina parcheggiata in esso e che altri due ospiti erano stati assegnati allo stesso parcheggio che noi. Tutti abbiamo contattato la compagnia di viaggio e tutti gli ospiti sono stati incaricati di chiedere aiuto dalla ricezione dell'appartamento che ci ha poi detto a tutti di contattare la compagnia di viaggio perché non si occupano degli appartamenti privati e dei loro parchi auto. Così è tornato e uscito per ore, abbiamo visitato l'ufficio due volte, fino a quando la macchina non è stata finalmente rimossa. In termini di non ariacone/ bagno rotto, ci è stato detto che non c'era nulla che la società di lettura potesse fare a proposito, perché hanno solo 1 membro del personale sul cosi' dovremmo aspettare il giorno successivo e che alcuni dei nostri costi sarebbero stati rimborsati (siamo ancora in attesa) Il giorno dopo, la mattina, il personale ha visitato e ha detto che l'aria condizionata è rotta e che dovranno trovare un'altra stanza, così ci ritroveranno. Era vicino al momento di chiusura della società di lasciare e non avevamo sentito indietro, quindi ci siamo seguiti solo per essere detto che non ci sono più camere disponibili e la nostra famiglia avrebbe dovuto fare con i fan. I nostri familiari in nessuna camera con aria condizionata si sono ammalati dal calore/stufizia anche con le porte e le finestre aperte. Le strutture - lagoon, palestra e piscina sono fantastiche, quindi è stato davvero sfortunato che non ci siamo divertiti a causa della mancanza di manutenzione degli appartamenti e del servizio.

Mi è emozionato vedere una TV a schermo molto grande, moderna a grande schermo con sistema Android a bordo.
Delusione che non ci sia connessione a Internet (per cui avrei potuto usare le mie password per i miei servizi di streaming.
Ancora più deluso che non ci fosse alcun collegamento aereo, ma avevo portato la mia tecnologia e Internet. Ho appena smesso di funzionare la TV.
Immagina il mio dispiacere estrema di a bordo dell'ascensore di 3° piano alle 05:00 per avere le porte chiuse - ma nessun pulsante funziona!

Ho chiamato il numero di emergenza 24/7 1300.L'operatore ha detto che avrebbe mandato qualcuno fuori - che mi avrebbe chiamato con un ETA.
Avevo 60 anni di ansia, con una condizione cardiaca, ho chiamato 1000 per chiamare la POLICIA!
Il mittente mi ha elogiato di rimanere così calmo.
Le ho assicurato che essere molto caldo in spazi con aria molto scarsa non mi ha certamente portato alla calma.
Hanno detto di richiamarmi a 1000 se mi sono ritirata prima che arrivasse il brigata d'incendio.
Cinque minuti dopo ho sentito delle voci fuori, qualcuno mi ha sentito urlare sulle porte dell'ascensore e gridare per aiuto.
