Alberghi a Tainan

The best ever hotel I've stayed in, although location is way out of the city centre, so getting to places required walking or buses. The room was so comfy and it had everything, the bathroom was so spacious and perfect. Common room had a kitchen, skin, lounge, laundry, fitness room while it had rooms as well. You could pour yourself a free coffee or tea, water dispenser, a vending machine where you could buy your detergent, very convenient. There were a play room, and some required money but some were free. The laundry consists of 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. They take forever to wash your clothes tho. It took 3h just to do laundry and many people were in need of the machines too. I set a timer to come back 1.5h later to pick my clothes up from the washer, but another guest took my clothes out and tossed them into the basket, which made me confused because mine didn't finish using from the timer i set, but hers already finished. By the time I used the dryer, she needed it too, but as first come first serve, we were surprised the dryer was another 1.5h. Laundry curfew is to 10pm, understandable for the rooms on the level. They had a famous bakery few doors down, so we were very excited to be right near it. There is also a bar attached to the hotel, and a welcome drink voucher. We used it at the time when the bar was closed but very happy with our honey lemon ice tea. The hotel buffet is so nice, unlimited serving of beef soup, it was the best thing. Not many food options, yet plenty. Definitely recommended and coming back when in Tainan.

If I could give more than 5 stars to XiuXi Anping, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, everything felt intentional and thoughtfully curated. The location in Anping is perfect—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet still incredibly convenient for exploring the old streets, historical spots, and local food scene. It struck that rare balance between tranquility and accessibility. The space itself is stunning. Every detail—from the minimalist design to the warm lighting and carefully chosen decor—creates an atmosphere that feels both modern and deeply comforting. It’s the kind of place where you walk in and instantly feel at ease. Cleanliness was impeccable, and you can tell the hosts take real pride in maintaining such a high standard. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were exceptionally responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure the stay was perfect. They didn’t just provide a place to stay—they created an experience. Thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel personal rather than transactional. Waking up there was a highlight in itself. The calm ambiance, soft natural light, and quiet surroundings made it the perfect reset from a busy travel schedule. It felt less like accommodation and more like a carefully designed retreat. Honestly, XiuXi Anping set a new standard for what I look for when traveling. If you’re heading to Tainan and want somewhere that combines aesthetic, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality, this is it. I would return in a heartbeat.

Un'esperienza di soggiorno deludente. Il mio soggiorno di tre giorni non ha avuto alcun aspetto positivo, ma piuttosto diverse evidenti pecche: 1. Grave discrepanza tra foto e descrizione: le foto sul sito web della camera matrimoniale con vista sulla strada mostravano un piccolo tavolo a isola e una grande finestra. Tuttavia, la camera reale (come mostrato nelle foto allegate) offriva solo un tavolo normale e la finestra era estremamente piccola, circa delle dimensioni di una finestra di ventilazione del bagno: una grande delusione. 2. Servizi difettosi: il pavimento della camera presentava un'evidente irregolarità. Pur non compromettendo gravemente la vita quotidiana, ha notevolmente ridotto la sensazione di spaziosità e l'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno. 3. Servizi insufficienti: in bagno mancavano sapone e sapone per le mani, persino i prodotti da bagno più basilari. Rispetto ad altri hotel nella stessa fascia di prezzo, il servizio era decisamente carente. Considerando il prezzo di circa NT$ 2.500 a notte nel weekend a Tainan, la qualità dei servizi e delle strutture era inadeguata al rapporto qualità-prezzo e non lo consiglierei. Nota: le foto delle stanze sono state corrette tramite intelligenza artificiale a causa della sfocatura.

The location of this hotel is perfect. All the major cultural sites and shopping malls are within walking distance. I highly recommend the guests to buy the locally brewed Tainan beers (in bottles) from the reception. It is going to be an unforgettable experience. These local Tainan beers have a wide range of tastes, and the texture of each one is bolder and better than the conventional Taiwan beer and the imported ones. The hotel also has a neat and cozy common area on the 8/F., and it is comfortable to relax there. I wish the hotel had its own restaurant, but one can always find cafes for breakfast nearby.

Non hanno cambiato le foglie di letto prima di entrare. Quando andavamo a letto, abbiamo notato pelli e peli sulle foglie di letto. Noi abbiamo chiamato il numero fornito al livello 1 perché non c'era personale sul desk front. Grazie a Dio qualcuno è venuto a sostituire le lamiere, ma l'esperienza ci aveva già resi molto incomodi. L'unica soluzione che l'hotel poteva offrire quella notte era sostituire le lamiere da letto. Hanno offerto di trasferirci in un altro locale il giorno dopo che ho presentato una denuncia a trip.com, ma fino a quel momento non volevamo passare attraverso il disturbo del confezionamento e del riemballaggio. Non è stata la nostra prima permanenza in questo hotel, ma sarà certamente la nostra ultima. La risposta dell’hotel alla mia recensione era semplicemente che avevano cambiato le foglie, ma ho foto e video che mostrano chiaramente le pelli e le costole sui letti, quindi lascio queste per tutti per fare il loro giudizio. Vorrei concedere credito a Trip.com per il loro eccellente servizio clienti. Hanno seguito attentamente la nostra denuncia e hanno offerto una piccola quantità di compensazione, che apprezzo.

La posizione nel quartiere centrale e occidentale è molto comoda, ma non ci sono posti auto. Le moto possono essere parcheggiate nel porticato. L'hotel non ha ascensore e le scale sono molto strette, quindi fate attenzione se avete bagagli ingombranti. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata non è molto potente. Dopo averla provata, si può ottenere un raffreddamento appena sufficiente impostandola a 25 gradi Celsius. La pressione dell'acqua del soffione della doccia in bagno è molto forte, rendendo la doccia molto confortevole.

The hotel is very cute with full facilities such as a lounge which includes free snacks, water refill, and TV. There was a laundry facility, but it was not working when I was there. The room was a little musty, I think it’s the ventilation, but as long as you keep the AC on, it is fine. Although the price of this hotel is quite good, the location is a little awkward. It is far enough from the station to consider it a long walk but close enough that a taxi feels redundant. The closest 7 Eleven is 6 minutes away. However, the staff are kind and helpful.

La camera era spaziosa con posti per mettere i bagagli. Il letto era stranamente fuori centro, ma che ha creato spazio per i bagagli :) Ci erano soccette elettriche internazionali, quindi non ho dovuto usare il mio adattatore. Il bagno ha una configurazione strana. Invece di una cortina di doccia, si ottiene una ”cortina di sedile igienico” che si dovrebbe tirare per tenerla secca quando si fa la doccia (l'acqua si spruzza ancora se non si tira bene). La parte più scomoda della stanza è la mancanza di un’area secca per indossare abiti dopo la doccia. La pressione e la temperatura dell’acqua sono grandi. L'hotel è molto vicino al mercato occidentale, Shen nong Street, e siamo riusciti a tornare dalla stazione Tainan TRA quando gli autobus erano finiti di notte. Il bus è gratuito alla stazione THSR Tainan che si ferma a circa 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Abbiamo scoperto questo solo al check-out, così buono per chiedere l'hotel prima di entrare. Il personale era in generale amichevole, quando si chiedeva, e faceva qualche suggerimento su dove mangiare vicino, e sembrava un po' incerto, forse perché era un nuovo periodo di anno. Sono stati anche utili a prenotare taxi, massaggi e inviare altri pendenti di abbigliamento, ma ho parlato in mandarino. Possiamo ottenere scarpe da letto e acqua in bottiglia gratuitamente al lobby, quindi è stato molto bello.

The property is a high-utility base for historical research, situated within walking distance of Anping Old Fort and the canal. I am inspired by the minimalist aesthetic and clean lines provide an environment conducive to ”mental decompression” after navigating the sensory-rich streets of Anping. however， a significant design flaw exists in the bathroom facilities. The window blinds are insufficient to fully cover the shower window, creating a transparency issue where the interior is visible from the public park outside. This presents a challenge to the ”psychological comfort” and privacy of the guest. Laundry services are not handled in-house; the establishment relies entirely on external providers. This can adds a layer of logistical complexity for travelers on a multi-city itinerary.
