Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

Overall great place to stay. Rooms are good with lots of techy stuffs... Met with an unfortunate event - water stoppage on the day we were checking out. Otherwise all is good

However, we still apologize for any inconvenience caused by the municipal water outage. The municipal company resumed normal water supply the day after the water outage. 酒店有免費的機場接送服務，雖然海拉爾機場離酒店不算遠，但有這種服務對於剛到海拉爾的人很温馨，而且在路上馬上能得到酒店司機小哥小温先生的各種實用訊息，小温在後續的酒店入住，早餐和其他方面，都給予了很大幫助，服務和顏值簡直就是酒店一號員工擔當 前台辦理入住極其迅速，刷臉入屋，小温還主動幫拿行李，教我們怎麼開門，如何使用房內設施 房間不小，家庭3人入住也不算侷促，房間各項設施都可以通過語音控制，孩子很喜歡，大人也覺得方便 酒店提供下午免費的水果撈和夜宵服務，很人性，去草原回來，一般都比較晚，長者孩子也不方便再出去吃了，酒店吃點水果一碗餛飩，真的解決大問題 酒店早餐種類繁多，還有6宮格的特餐，鮑魚和海蔘，每日不同，海拉爾還有這樣的酒店，超出預期 另外酒店自賣的一些特產，其實比外面給遊客的商店便宜，還提供郵寄服務，日期也比較新 綜上，5星好評

位置比較便捷，距離古城，博物館，科技館打車都在10元以內。設施比較現代化，一些提示字體都很大，長者也能看清。還有贈送的伴手禮，晚上還有夜宵。比較驚艷的是早餐，樣品豐富，味道也不錯。服務人員態度很好，非常滿意的一次入住。

房間乾淨整潔，設施都很新並且智能化。前台服務態度很好，入住就給送了伴手禮！酒店有洗衣機和烘鞋器，特別方便。下午到晚上還有免費的冰糕、雞尾酒、水果撈、混沌等。最讚的是酒店的早餐，五星級的餐標。

房間比較寬敞，衞浴用具也不錯，服務也滿意。房間裏沒有電話，那個小度智能語音不好用，要瓶水衹能自己下樓去大廳找人。夜宵很一般，銀耳湯就是用開水沖泡一下袋裝銀耳碎再加一片紅棗兩粒枸杞。令人驚艷的是早餐，太豐盛啦！必須贊！！總而言之，酒店還不錯，以後會考慮再入住，因為很想吃這個早餐😊

這家酒店整體服務本可以打5分的，客房服務人員熱情又周到，響應快還貼心，真的沒話説。但前台實在拖後腿，態度冷淡不説，辦理業務也不細緻，問個問題還愛答不理，這一塊必須得減2分，不然體驗會好太多了。

早餐超出預期，相對來説在海拉爾住店這樣的早餐已經算是豐富的，酒店所處的位置反正感覺在海拉爾開車到哪都還好，衹是房間窗户外有些閉塞間隔有些近，拉上窗簾一切就無所謂. 有下午點和夜宵雖然我都沒去體驗，但孩子體驗了説不錯，我想光這幾點還是會吸引回頭客的.

很不錯的入住體驗。位置便利，樓下就是626美食街，步行可到民族博物館、盧布裏西餐廳等。房間智能，刷臉入住。早餐有特色，下午開始提供免費水果飲料，晚上有免費夜宵。離店送了精美的伴手禮。
