В номер сразу принесли в подарок фрукты, было очень приятно!! В номере кристально чисто, сантехника сияет, окна вымыты до блеска, постельное бельё белоснежные и очень мягкое. Звукоизоляция прекрасная! Ресторан классный! Блюда разнообразные и очень вкусные! Персонал очень приветливый! Вернусь обязательно!!!!"

"Sono rimasto qui per una notte, mentre ero sceso da Genhe, e ero esplorata nelle erbe bianche congelate, e guidando lungo le tracce del festival di ghiaccio e neve Hulun. L'hotel era decente e costruito per un buon sonno e aveva strutture per lavare i vestiti. L'hotel ha un guardia di sicurezza per qualche ragione. Non ho ancora capito che come nessun altro hotel o ospite ho soggiornato in sembrava bisogno di uno. Credo che farà sentire alcuni di voi più sicuro e alcuni di voi pensano due volte. La porta dell'hotel doveva essere fissata, la porta non si chiuse correttamente e dovevo solo sbatterla per fermare l'allarme. Ho pagato per colazione e era tutto a posto, ma consiglio di andare al posto locale per Baozi per lo stesso prezzo. Raccomando ancora il luogo per una notte di riposo a un bilancio decente, ma se vuoi un soggiorno più memorabile, trova un ospite più personale."

"We checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room. We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an ”upgrade.” To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start. On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room."
