”Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, che si trova lungo le coste di Kota Kinabalu, è un paradiso all'interno del paradiso. I trattamenti di spa di lusso hanno scioglieto tutti i nostri stress, lasciandoci rigiovani e ”Ogni dettaglio del nostro soggiorno, dal servizio impeccabile alle eccellenti strutture, non era altro che straordinario. Per una fuga inoltrabile a Kota Kinabalu, il Shangri-La Tanjung Aru è veramente in paragone.”

L'hotel è solo al contrario del mercato del pesce. 12 minuti di auto per l'aeroporto. Molto conveniente. Tuttavia , siamo rimasti al piano superiore , hanno una barra di cielo in cima all'edificio . A 11:00++, il personale stava muovendo la sedia / tavolo, il rumore è un po 'distratto.

Although we only spent 1 night at the hotel but we have a great experience staying there. We had a splendid sea view from our room, the service are awesome, thanks to reception staff, concierge and f&b team. They are so friendly and helpful, thumbs up for your hospitality. We had our dinner and breakfast buffet here as well. This hotel also served marvelous and delicious food. Overall i'll give 10 ⭐for this hotel. Last but not least this hotel is REPEATABLE and we will come back again.

L'hotel è situato in una struttura di condivisione con uffici e caffè e cibo, quindi è conveniente per un pasto veloce. Luma è un hotel di design e sembra moderno e trendy con un gruppo di desk front friendly per aiutare l'ospite. Il parcheggio è stato fornito con tariffe giornaliere di RM30 (front) o RM15 (basamento) al giorno. La pulizia della stanza era eccellente, ma, poiché è all'interno del complesso, l'ingresso alla stanza era via la porta della targa della carta. Tutto era grande e il prezzo era di valore per un soggiorno. Un altro punto più importante, in tutto l'hotel, è stato il centro commerciale dell'imago e accessibile via ponte di passaggio pedonale.

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

Hotel is new and location is strategic at town center. Located next to ***a street with lots of eatery near by.

Il personale è molto bello ed efficiente. Noi notiamo che è una stanza di fumo dopo l’iscrizione, e il personale ha organizzato per noi un’altra stanza non fumatori come richiesto al momento della prenotazione. La piscina si trova sul tetto, con un bar e ristorante. Situato vicino al centro della città, vicino a molti ristoranti e cibo locali.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza in questo hotel, il personale del front desk era amichevole e gentile, l’altro personale anche grande in termini di saluti, e hanno preparato anche i tovaglioli per me e mio marito per il mese di compleanno che li informerò nella mia prenotazione. My recent stay at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Despite only spending 2 days and 1 night at the hotel, the level of service I experienced was truly top-notch. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until our departure, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the overall ambiance, which contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I must make a special mention of one staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me. She mentioned that she has been a part of the hotel's team for the past 20 years, and her dedication to her work was palpable in every interaction we had with her. Her genuine friendliness, warmth, and professionalism enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. I believe it would be wonderful if the hotel could consider acknowledging her dedication and exceptional service with a bonus or some form of recognition. Her commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests like myself deserves commendation, and such gestures would not only serve as a token of appreciation but also motivate her and other staff members to continue delivering outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the hotel's hospitality once again. good for everything to me.. bagi yang ada orang tua sakit dan mengguna wheelchair, mudah sangat tak perlu risau, kerana ada luluan yg mudah nak tolak wheelchair naik ke lobi. nak grab pun mudah dekat dengan hospital (cheapest grab)
