Ho soggiornato per tre giorni consecutivi. Ho pagato in anticipo su Ctrip ed ero troppo pigro per cambiare hotel. Da appassionato di hotel di lunga data, mi dispiacerebbe non scrivere una recensione veritiera e non mettere in guardia gli altri dal cadere nella trappola. Le foto 1 e 2 mostrano il pavimento della stanza, che sembra disgustoso. Non è cambiato per tre giorni. Dovrebbe essere così per molto tempo. La foto 3 è una foto reale del frutto di benvenuto il terzo giorno. Il prezzo si avvicina ai 5.000 yuan a notte. La qualità dell'Hong Kong Yiju è incredibile. Non c'è nemmeno un atteggiamento superficiale. Il servizio a Hong Kong è solo haha. Ctrip e l'hotel possono verificare la camera specifica con me. Estremamente deluso!

Ero davvero sconvolto per il furto dei miei soldi all'Upper House!!! Ho chiamato subito la polizia, ma l'hotel è stato molto superficiale e mi ha inviato un'email insipida, in cui diceva sostanzialmente che avrebbero negato il furto e che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Non capisco davvero perché un furto possa verificarsi in un hotel di questo livello e come lo gestiscano in modo così negativo. È questa la cultura aziendale?

It was an amazing experience to stay at the upper house!

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the downside, there were security issues, as anyone could access the guest room floors, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, which detracted from the overall ambiance. However, the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond by preparing champagne glasses and slippers for us, and they even helped deliver items to our room. Overall, while the security concern and dim lighting were significant drawbacks, the attentive service made the stay more enjoyable.

Amenities are sparse but service is pretty solid. Comfortable for western guests and chinese alike.

great hotel as always - had an issue first night with the AC but was resolved on the second night which was a relief.  team is great and very attentive- hotel Is still in very good shape and design I timeless. the bar area of the top floor restaurant is always very special to sit for a drink, work, meeting - amazing views.

As a returning guest, we decided to come here for the first time with our baby. The whole team made our stay, especially when it came to our baby. We would like to thank the entire Upper House team. We will definitely be re-returning for sure.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Leo, K and reservation team for their incredible support during our stay. This day is truly significant for my fiancé and me as we are preparing to register our marriage at Red Cotton Tree Road. Despite the whirlwind of organizing photographers, videographers, floral arrangements, and managing guest visits, the Upper House team’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have done it without their unwavering support. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Upper House, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you once again for everything!

Excellent experience from the Upper house. Good location and the staff are absolutely amazing. Overall it’s a 5 out of 5. The general design of the hotel is great that gave me a good vibe. Defo will come stay again in the future!

It’s probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very good location as it’s connected to the Admiralty station and also walking distance to Central area, Hong Kong Park, Peak tram etc. Good for short trip and business people. The whole experience was just as fantastic however if you ever stay there, better turn the wine fridge off during night time. There was a fridge (wine fridge) in the room and it was making crazy noise for whole night and I couldn’t sleep a wink unfortunately 😞 I could have turned it off but too bad I didn’t 🥲🥲🥲

Good location with good view. Very comfortable and welcome stay
