Adatto per guidare da sola, l'ambiente è molto bello

The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

Il monolocale è bellissimo, con un'ampia camera da letto, una veranda esterna e un bagno con vasca idromassaggio per due e sauna. L'appartamento è a soli 25 minuti a piedi dal centro di Firenze, ma lontano dalla folla e circondato da ristoranti che costano una frazione di quelli turistici del centro. Inoltre, e questo è un grande vantaggio, c'è uno spazio dove potete lasciare i bagagli in sicurezza dopo aver lasciato la camera, se il vostro treno o aereo è in ritardo. È una deliziosa camera romantica per una coppia: dopo aver camminato per Firenze tutto il giorno, potete rilassare i muscoli nella sauna e poi immergervi nella vasca idromassaggio. L'unica piccola mancanza nella stanza è che non ci sono istruzioni né per la sauna né per l'idromassaggio e ci vogliono parecchi tentativi ed errori per capirle. Sarebbe anche utile se si potesse aggiungere un forno a microonde: i pasti in Italia sono spesso abbondanti e lasciano avanzi da portare a casa. E la veranda è perfetta per cenare e sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino, ma non c'è modo di riscaldare il cibo. A parte questo, la stanza è perfetta e ci torneremmo sicuramente.

La posizione è estremamente eccellente, la piazza e la piazza di porta e la cattedrale di San Madre è il centro della città, e la stanza non sarà interferita dal rumore fuori è davvero fantastico! L'hotel dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Una volta arrivati ​​in hotel, dovrete camminare circa 5 minuti per effettuare il check-in, dopodiché il personale dell'hotel vi riaccompagnerà alla vostra camera. Non ci sono problemi con il servizio. L'hotel pulisce la camera e ne rifornisce le scorte ogni giorno. Nel complesso è buono. L'unico inconveniente è che la camera d'albergo che abbiamo prenotato non ha il bagno. Per trovare un bagno separato bisogna uscire dalla stanza e fare qualche passo. Andare in bagno tutti i giorni può sembrare un po' sconveniente, ma non ci sono altri problemi.

La camera era bellissima, profumata, pulitissima e luminosa. Sebbene il personale dell'hotel non parlasse inglese, è stato molto paziente nel comunicare con noi tramite un software di traduzione, e la comunicazione è stata molto piacevole. Quando sono entrato in camera, ho trovato inaspettatamente un piccolo balcone, un giardino e un'altalena, perfetti per godersi il viaggio.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Anche la posizione è buona, principalmente in taxi. L'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è buono e può aiutare a chiamare un taxi. Puoi raggiungere la città in dieci minuti in taxi. Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
