The location is perfect, right opposite to the train station, on top of the McDonald's. The attractions of Florence are within walkable distance from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The sound proof of the room is not ideal. Our room is on top of McDonald's and facing the train station, there were a lot of people gathering at the train station at night time. The noise from the people talking and laughing could easily be heard. We are on the second floor, so the noise of traffic is another issue at night time. When we checked out, I discovered the hotel provided ear plugs which I didn't discover when I moved in, that means the hotel is aware of the noise issue. The staff checked with us about our experience when checked out, we told them about the noise problem, they said if we raised the issue earlier, they could relocate us to another room which is not facing the main street. If noise is a concern to you but you prefer this easy location, be aware to talk to the staff and get a quiet room.

L'hotel dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Una volta arrivati ​​in hotel, dovrete camminare circa 5 minuti per effettuare il check-in, dopodiché il personale dell'hotel vi riaccompagnerà alla vostra camera. Non ci sono problemi con il servizio. L'hotel pulisce la camera e ne rifornisce le scorte ogni giorno. Nel complesso è buono. L'unico inconveniente è che la camera d'albergo che abbiamo prenotato non ha il bagno. Per trovare un bagno separato bisogna uscire dalla stanza e fare qualche passo. Andare in bagno tutti i giorni può sembrare un po' sconveniente, ma non ci sono altri problemi.

Ci siamo stati di recente ed è stato il posto perfetto per noi. Vicino alla stazione, a pochi passi da tutto ciò che volevamo e la camera era pulita e il personale cordiale. La colazione inclusa consisteva in un caffè e un dolce di un bar lì vicino, che era accettabile, ma comunque una buona aggiunta per la mattina.

Nonostante fosse indicato chiaramente il servizio di reception attivo fino alle 24:00, al nostro arrivo non era presente alcun addetto. Siamo riusciti ad entrare nella struttura solo perché il cancello principale era stato lasciato aperto da un altro ospite. La reception, una volta all’interno, risultava aperta ma completamente abbandonata, senza alcuna assistenza. A causa del forte ritardo del treno non avevamo la possibilità di comunicare preventivamente l’orario di arrivo, ma in ogni caso non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna email dalla struttura con le istruzioni per l’accesso. Solo dopo aver contattato telefonicamente il responsabile tramite l’app Trip ci sono state fornite indicazioni per recuperare autonomamente la chiave da un pannello portachiavi, con l’indicazione del numero della stanza. Comprendo la modalità di self check-in quando è chiaramente organizzata e comunicata, ma in questo caso è apparsa come una soluzione improvvisata per sopperire all’assenza del personale, senza alcuna assistenza reale all’ospite. La camera quadrupla presentava diverse mancanze evidenti: le lampade sui comodini erano prive di lampadine, il frigorifero era completamente vuoto nonostante fosse indicata la presenza di acqua tra i servizi previsti, ed erano disponibili solo i teli doccia essenziali, senza alcuna attenzione al comfort minimo atteso. La gestione dei servizi accessori lascia ulteriormente perplessi: l’unica possibilità per bevande calde è rappresentata da un distributore automatico collocato all’aperto, soluzione che non trasmette particolare attenzione alla qualità complessiva del servizio, soprattutto considerando che lo spazio interno della reception è presente ma inutilizzato. Nel complesso emerge una evidente carenza nella gestione e nell’attenzione verso l’ospite. È un vero peccato, perché la struttura gode di una posizione eccellente e avrebbe un buon potenziale, ma allo stato attuale il livello del servizio offerto non è adeguato alle aspettative né a quanto dichiarato. L’unico aspetto positivo è che il riposo è stato buono, ma questo non compensa le numerose criticità riscontrate.

Ho pensato che fosse fantastico, ma con questo tempo c'erano un sacco di piccoli insetti. Comunque, seguono tutti la luce, quindi se accendete la luce del bagno e spegnete quella della camera da letto, la vostra sarà piuttosto silenziosa. Altamente consigliato! La posizione è eccellente; non perderete molto tempo con i mezzi pubblici ed è molto vicino alle attrazioni. Ricordatevi di lasciare il vostro numero di telefono per WhatsApp, altrimenti non potranno contattarvi. La struttura si trova al terzo piano dell'edificio; potete prendere il piccolo ascensore per salire. Useranno WhatsApp per inviare le informazioni per il check-in e i codici di accesso.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

The staff were really friendly and helpful! I met the lady with beautiful grey hair who takes care of breakfast and cleaning during my stay. The big problem is she doesn’t understand English, I handed my phone for her to speak via Google translate. She didn’t say anything! A second later she started talking in Italian again. This happened a few times in 3 minutes of facing her. She denied talking on Google translate. So I gave up and walked away…she said “respecta”, I assumed it means “respect”. I kept showing her Google translate in Italian that “whatever you wanna say, you say here since I don’t understand Italian”. The guests should be informed/reminded of “quiet hours”. BUT it gets pretty noisy from the guests… when someone opens the doors, everyone hears it. I could hear my neighbours chatting, sneezing, coughing, and all that. My room is facing the backyard, last night some guests living downstairs were enjoying the backyard at 11 pm. it was loud! Shower was another problem, water didn’t seem to go down the drain properly. The bed was two twins joined together without any proper topper. Thus, the twin beds were moving away from one another at night if you sleep in the middle. This part is common sense, either the hotel puts topper or the guest sleep on one side of the bed. The WiFi was reliable. Breakfast was pretty basic. Make sure to bring good-quality earplugs with you…
