I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

It’s a nice place to stay, convenient, calm, and clean. Front desk staff is active.

Friendly service, very comfortable beds and pillows, clean. Great location, particularly if you’ve got things to do at USTC. Generally quiet, though you’ll likely hear room doors opening and closing from the corridor as the walls seem to be a bit thin. If I go back to Hefei, I’d stay there again.

酒店服務非常好，恰逢生日，酒店免費給送了一份暖心的長壽麪和生日蠟燭，感覺很温暖。還有可愛的機器人送餐，孩子很開心，下次來合肥還會住這個酒店。

酒店位置很好，離中國科學技術大學特別近。早餐非常好，房間景觀無敵，也比較寬敞。水温也比較好，室內很乾凈。重點要説前台服務很好，這裏也很有愛心，讓路人進來躲風避雨。總體很好。

房間環境還可以，就是面積小了一點

總體看上去不錯，值得推薦，就是價格有點離譜，我在攜程上預訂是724，連續定了三天，但第二天後酒店的門市價才390多。不過加入亞朵會員號還是蠻實惠，有早餐和可以延遲到六點退房，蠻給人驚喜。酒店員工的服務不錯，確實給人賓至如家的感覺。

特別好特別好。這兩天特別滿意。前台小哥哥小姐姐都會有求必應，而且房間也特別好，大而新。送餐也會考慮安全需外賣員二次電話確認房間號碼。5顆星必須的。很少評價，這個必須評，我和我對象都很滿意。謝謝

房間很滿意，如果能再大一些就更好了。書桌和幾木沙發都很贊，適合商務出行和親子旅行，離中科大很近，去學校很便利，品質高端，值得選擇。

前台服務很好，就在中科大中校區對面，可以俯瞰中科大東、中、西校區，旁邊是中科大北校區（看起來像老教工宿舍
