Ottimo albergo. Camera familiare di dimensioni favolose per 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti - letti grandi e comodi adeguati per tutti e senza divani letto! Deliziosa colazione a buffet con cibi caldi e freddi. Ci piace la posizione che è a circa 20 minuti dal centro città ma locale per una fantastica piscina con molte sorgenti termali di temperatura variabile. L'hotel aveva un parcheggio gratuito, quindi era molto comodo per noi con un'auto a noleggio. Anche la spa all'interno dell'hotel era un vantaggio. Il ristorante e il bar all'interno dell'hotel servono ottimo cibo. Tutto il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Se mai dovessimo tornare in Islanda, torneremo sicuramente qui.

Great location and staff are so nice and helpful. Room is comfortable and great place to capture all the fireworks during the new year. :) 10/10 would stay again

It was all overall good. Friendly front office, clean and spacious room, toilet and shower room was small but it was sufficient for my use. Bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance away , US embassy as well (no use , simply mentioned though). Football stadium and sports exhibition hall is 7 minutes away.

The stay was awful. We stayed here for three nights and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned every single day. On one particular night, the bin bag hasn’t been changed as well. Also when we first arrived, the bedsheets had holes everywhere and the whole bedding seemed dusty. Since all the cleaners were off duty, we had to change it ourselves. Even worse, the kettle were full of boiled milk stinks and it was absolutely stomach-turning and it smelled like puke, it still haunts me now. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is too far away from town centre, it takes a long time to walk there if u don’t have a car. Another thing is that the bathroom is tiny as hell, its hard to turn around and it only fits one person. However, overall the stuff were nice and helpful. Moreover, it was convenient to have multiple of free parking spaces near the hotel.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed our overnight and the location was great for local sightseeing. Very helpful staff with respect to local eateries, etc.

冰島之行比較臨時，所以定的比較晚好的酒店都沒了，只有這家最貴的幾個頂樓套房，房間很大沙發也很大卻不給加床，溝通了四十分鐘才進房間。 這家的spa，時間對遊客很不友好，我們18點到已經關門，開門時間是幾點忘記了但是是我們沒法參加的時間，因為第二天11點就會離開雷市 沒有熱水壺用咖啡機燒水，但是水箱把手鬆動拿起來時候水箱碎了，我們賠償11000sik 早餐環境，極度極度昏暗，設計感不理解

設施老舊，房間內一股很大的腐舊黴味兒，薰的頭疼，，床單破了五個洞，水龍頭放出來的水是黃色。。。

第一晚和最後一晚都選擇在這裏休息，主要看重的是停車方便且免費，房間挺新的，早餐一般。但是房間隔音好、滿意。
