I never encounter such a bad sleeping experience in a hotel whereby the pillow is too thick and hard until you can’t have good sleep on it. It makes your neck very not comfortable while sleep on it. The room is small and empty, nothing provided in the room except towels. You need to take the filter water from the corridor. I waited more than 30 minutes just to check in (just 2 customers in front of me) . The reception speed is super slow despite they open 3 counters/lanes. They charge additional parking rate at RM6 per entry. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The location is great to commute to everywhere in CBD. Overall facilities are good but there's always a wet smell in lobby and lack of towel in swimming pool. Room do have ants but bearable. Have a great stay in Komune and looking forward for next one to come.

Quite clean and provide shampoo and body gel but do not have disposable shoe provided..as this is commune living style hotel

I like the big window in the room. The design is cosy n clean. There is a good view from swimming pool. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay as usual. It would be really good if they can consider having simple cutleries for their kitchenette. Cleanliness has improved compared to the previous stay. Will definitely return again.

Pleasant stay with a comfortable bed. Room is equipped with basic necessities. It would be good to have some coffee/ tea in the room.

The room is quite old and having a bit smell. Toilet is not very clean. Even I have requested on top floor there is still noisy sound from the highway beside.

The room is very clean and cozy with a very great view facing the highway and the Tower 118. However, there are no amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, and room slippers. No iron and iron board are provided as well. The only amenities offered is a 2-in-1 body wash+shampoo. The breakfast menu is somewhat disappointing, featuring sections for noodles and porridge, eggs, Malaysian food, toast, fruits and salad, and drinks only. The swimming pool area is a pleasant and relaxing spot to unwind, while the gaming room provides entertainment.
