English speaking receptionist, very helpful and even shared his wechat. Hotel is great,Changbaishan is good for a weekend getaway, slopes are very short, not worth of longer than 2 days. Great hotel, great amenities including water park for kids!

Good for family travel. A lot of different facilities and restaurants there. View is nice. Will come back again

My family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.

Resort was crowded & Hotel is kind of old, bed not that comfortable but the housekeeping team did a good job. Room was clean & 保洁阿姨very generous with the bottle water. Thank you so much. Front desk reception Vito 小弟very helpful & friendly. Patiently helped me to call up & arrange for me to go to the restaurant I want to go. I couldn’t call my 出租车师傅from room & Vito immediately call him for me & even helped me to add 微信. Breakfast was average. But the western food restaurant at hotel level 1 was not bad. The minus point was, very difficult in fact not possible to use hotel wifi if you do not have 微信. My children were very upset over this because this is the first time they cannot direct connect wifi in a 4-5 star hotel. Restaurants inside the resort nothing great & not cheap. Preferred to take taxi to go outside to eat. Tip:- try calling restaurants that were less than 2km away. Most of the time they can send their driver to pick you up to their restaurant & send you back after that.

The hotel is very convenient to go skiing. It is clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great experience!

帶着長者和寶寶來度假，因為寶寶小，零碎東西比較多，提前跟值班經理姚佳溝通，可以提前把行李郵寄到酒店。行李到後，我們還沒到，姚經理安排人把行李拿到前台，方便我們入住。 入住期間正好趕上寶寶生日，管家小熊貼心的在寶寶生日那天安排工作人員把房間佈置了一下，還送來生日蛋糕，滿滿的儀式感。 套房適合一家人居住，還有鍋碗瓢盆啥的，環境真挺好，價格也真不貴！沖鴨！

套房位置在度假區屬於最C位了，帶孩子出門去哪都方便，但酒店服務一般的感覺，基本靠自己探索，不知道是不是暑期旺季剛結束，工作人員累了，問題問的多了會不耐煩。 建議來之前問一下度假區的設施下班時間，我們來的時候5點半以後設施基本都下班，水樂園到7點，温泉10點。 環境：窗靜雖然是面對商業街一側，也很好看。出門就是遊客中心和纜車大草地，太好玩了 設施：窗很舒服，沙發還可以，有個客廳帶娃比較方便；馬桶漏水 服務：早餐食物一般，咖啡還可以，但餐廳的環境很棒。

酒店位置非常好，可以看到外面的湖景，距離商業街很近，房間結構特別適合家庭出遊。服務熱情，早餐豐富，隨酒店贈送的各項權益也足夠在度假村裡玩得開心。樓下還有免費的洗衣房烘乾機，特別方便。很喜歡也會再入住。

為了看天池，二次來到長白山，還是住在這裏。同行的夥伴們讚不絕口，直呼這麼好的所在怎麼沒有人安利。特別適合帶家人一起來的酒店，酒店樓下就是特各色飯店，便利店，禮品店，甚至連葯店都有。酒店贈送的權益就足夠玩上一天，看天池一天，漂流一天，足夠在這裏度過一個愉快温馨的週末。

設施：設施齊全，房間冰箱和大堂自助洗衣非常便捷，還配備了鍋碗等廚房用品，可能冬天滑雪季有的客人能用上 服務：工作人員很友善周到，不過預訂部和前台溝通時有點偏差，有些預訂權益詢問了才落實，但全程態度很好，很積極的解決問題。 環境：酒店位置方便，遊玩餐飲都很近。 PS一點小小的吐槽：水世界租存放箱沒人收30還是有點敗好感，加在門票裏可能不太明顯，但單獨收費就會讓人對單收費項目有期許，實際感覺不值，洗漱用品也不齊全，衹有洗髮水和沐浴露。

酒店房間乾淨，空間寬敞，包含的權益很多，對前台鄭小迅表示感謝，服務很熱情，玩的地方離的都很近，一下樓能看到，温泉人不少，滑車12歲以上可以自己玩，強力推薦水樂園和滑道，孩子玩的很開心，早餐很好吃，中午有當地的鐵鍋燉可以解決，空氣很不錯，樹木很多，是個旅遊的好地方，期待下次來玩
