They always greet me with smiles, willing to help me open car doors, carry luggage, and greet me warmly anytime and anywhere. This kind of warm treatment makes me feel truly at home. Every stay here is an unforgettable experience. The hotel's luxurious decor and meticulously designed details showcase their unparalleled care for guests. Whether it's the comfortable rooms or luxurious facilities, I feel an unmatched sense of enjoyment. Apart from the charm of the hotel itself, I am deeply fascinated by Penang. I love strolling through the city's streets, exploring its rich and colorful culture and history. From street food to ancient buildings, every corner is full of surprises and charm. And after a day of exploration, being able to return to the embrace of The Prestige Hotel and enjoy their unparalleled hospitality is a source of happiness and satisfaction. The hotel is in an excellent location—convenient for exploring Georgetown. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. A standout feature was the in-room 3M water filter, which provided clean drinking water without the need for plastic bottles—a nice touch for both comfort and sustainability. Would definitely stay here again!

The Prestige Hotel is one of the very interesting hotels that we have stayed in. The staff explained how the design elements of the shower room came about and also the corridor walkway. I shall not disclose the information till you stayed in this hote. Overall, the location is good, and the hotel is comfy. We arrived early, but they allowed us to check in early as it's my birthday. The staff also send in-room a cake. Nice gestures and friendly staff. My son wasn't well and rested in the room. Upon hearing that, one of the female staff offered to deliver porridge to his room. Such great service. Thanks to all the staff, we had a great stay in Penang.

Lovely Valentine Day experience at The Prestige Hotel. Couldn’t say more about the awesome decor of the suite room. Very classy. Great port view from the swimming pool. Enjoyed the cute tidbits and hospitality from room bar. Also grateful for their flexibility with check in and checkout time. Appreciative of the good service from concierge, housekeeping and reception. Only comment is that F&B team needs to be more attentive and ensure their payment terminal is in working condition.

Location and service are prefect for family traveler. A lot of food to explore~

We had just celebrated our 39th Anniversary Wedding at your hotel. The room we are staying in is very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay very much. The buffet breakfast at Glasshouse is good and enjoyable. It is very relaxing. Swimming pool is beautiful and we can enjoy the nice sea view from the pool. Located at Tourist Area and a lot of attractions.

- All staff are friendly & warm, a remarkable image presentation. - The hotel tried in various aspects to add small surprises to customers, including welcome drinks, in-rom minibar, and reception morning snacks. - Beds are comfortable. Drawbacks are l - :he room lighting setup. You can either switch on with bright light and switch off woth total darkness. There is no dim light or night light option for sleeping. - the management seems lack of experience to handle emergency issues. The 1st aid kit is not well equipped even for light and minor injury. - The wall between rooms is thin-wood panel. You can hear the sound clearly from neighbor room. This is disturbing if next room guests does not sleep at night (like our experience).

I had pleasure stay at Prestige Hotel, it was an unforgettable experience. The local staff were incredibly attentive, made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with a touch of heritage charm. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang!

A stylish and classy hotel, strategically located near Little India, art area, food museum, all are a few minutes away. The jetty is about a 15 minute walk. However as a solo female traveller, all the adjacent streets are dark and quiet so didn’t feel comfortable walking around after 21:00. Room was cosy and nicely designed, bed was comfortable, and the free mini bar and sweets left in the jar daily was a lovely touch. Breakfast was ok, but the in-room food service was excellent and meals were fantastic. The room also has a water filter, saves buying bottled water. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The views from the rooftop pool are great, albeit the pool is on the smaller size. Enjoyed my three nights and would recommend the hotel.

Quite a pleasant surprise! With its location, we were able to do our own tour to many places of interest by walking. Even George Town is pretty old, but Prestige hotel had been completely modernised internally giving one a fairy tale feel. We had a loft suite and everything was complimentary, from welcome bottle of wine, fruit plate to mini bar and executive lounge service. Our room was cleaned twice a day and there were always clean towels to use. We particularly like the filter system within our room for drinking water. Swimming pool was a bit small but the horizon view was fantastic. Gym was small with a few equipment only.

Everything is prestigious! Excellent staff and facilities. Everything is first class. All things have been thought-of and designed elegantly for the pleasure of their visitors. Location is quiet yet convenient to local attractions and eateries within walking distance. I especially like the very neat design of the hotel toiletries (see picture) Brilliantly done.
