We booked the hotel at Chateau Nova one year ago in advance for Aurora tour in late September!! They sent an email to confirm the room reservation 2 days before the check in date. When we arrived Yellowknife Airport, we called the hotel for pickup. They came in 10-15 minutes. Checkin is fast and they upgrade our 3 rooms to suites. The suite room numbers are 254, 255, and 257. The suite has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer!! You can do your own laundry 😊👍 The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, can opener, utensils, cookware, wine glass and mugs. Please bring your own wine opener. The room temperature is fine. Our room has a small balcony with tree view. They provide a potable AC in the bedroom but we never use it. They do daily housekeeping if you turn off the green light on the front door. They provide with plenty of towels, shower bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and makeup remover. I did not try the food in their restaurant since we have a full size kitchen and a living room. We ordered food from DoorDash and the food is delivered to your hotel room doorstep!! It’s so convenient. Overall the hotel is good and quiet. I found a stain on the bedsheet and they changed the sheet right away!! The sauna and steam room are always out of order. It’s part of hotel amenities but they never are available for guests. Gym is good. I will go back again!! Book early.

The staff were friendly, and the room had a great view. The airport shuttle service was convenient, but I wish the entrance path had been smoother to make it easier to roll luggage in and out.

Booking auto cancelled with no refund. Pay extra CAD900, total CAD2000, to stay for 3 nights. Strongly not recommended. never stay here again

Convenient lication, room is big, i booked one room and one suite with kitchen, so glad we go for the kitchen option as it makes the stay in Yellowknife much richer, as u don’t have much restaurant choices so good to cook by self!

Generous sized rooms with comfy beds and large bathroom. Fine accessories and good restaurant. Gym facilities and suoer location to town and sites. Highly recommended best in the league of Yellowknife hotels!

The hotel is the newest one in the town. The amenities are relative new. But the bed sheet is dirty with some stains on it. The reception is very friendly.

黃刀最新的酒店，但是維護得非常差勁，到處破破爛爛，電線也是隨意拉搭。服務就是全程受白眼，90%工作人員是三哥三姐，對國人非常不友好，並且口音濃重，溝通費勁。住了3晚上，衹有第二晚有人來倒垃圾換毛巾。唯一的優點是一樓餐廳價格實惠味道還不錯，但是餐廳暖氣不足，要穿厚外套用餐，冷颼颼的，非常不舒服。

房間相對整潔乾淨 但是第一晚並沒有人來打掃房間，前台服務還可以沒有瑕疵，我們提出延遲退房，雖然衹offer了三十分鐘，但也算是可以吧。 衹是樓下的餐廳就不要去了，我們也是等飛機出發前想在餐廳坐會兒（大堂有人進出比較冷），點了喝的和吃的，炸雞翅做的比較糊，但是一起來的芹菜和胡蘿蔔都是餿了的，後來問了後廚説是預切好泡在水裡的（🤮），胡蘿蔔聞着都是餿味。餐廳服務員態度也是一言難盡，餐廳經理拒絕讓我們選擇坐在裏面比較暖和的地方，稱後面有40個人的團要來，硬把我們趕到散座，直到我們要走這個團隊也沒來，不知道該怎麼評價了。 但是除了餐廳其他的都還好，自動販賣機裏的泡麪也是很好吃的，推薦！ 黃刀極光很美，值得來！

새로 리노베이션 되어 주변 자른 숙소 대비 깨끗했어요 ^.^ 친절한 리셉션 데스크 사람들이 저희를 맞아주었으며, 체크아웃 후에도 기꺼이 가방을 맡아주었습니다 뷰는 없었지만 오로라 보기 위해 머무르기 너무 좋은 장소였어요

시설이 쾌적하고 직원 모두 친절했어요.

新裝修的，現代簡約風格，毛巾被子都是新的，地毯十分乾淨，有配開水壺、咖啡機、冰箱和微波爐，美中不足的是前台三個工作人員2個是印巴口音。另外，我本來是預付款給攜程網的，但是結賬後前台竟然又向我收了房費，我朋友發現這一情況的，然後我倆一起去找了前台，他們立馬給退款了，應該是誤操作吧。希望對後來者有所借鑒。 黃刀的另外一個著名酒店The explorer我也去住了，很老舊，不如這個Nova。

這個酒店中規中矩，談不上特別好也談不上不好，但有一個意外的驚喜，就是這個酒店一樓的餐廳，晚餐的性價比比其他網上推薦的網紅店好多了，但是有一點，這個地方沒有Uber，要出行都得打電話約出租車或者步走。看極光，也通常是接送bus的最後一站。

일단 숙소가 너무 깔끔해서 마음에 들었어요. 대신 방 청소나 수건 리필은 유료서비스이니 유념 바라요. 아쉬웠던 건 세탁실이 카드 결제가 안된다는 거네요. 자판기나 택시도 카드결제 가능한데…ㅠ그래도 택시 불러달라고 호텔에 요청하면 바로 불러줘서 서비스 하나는 진짜 대만족스럽습니다👍4일간 머물면서 집처럼 편했어요 글구 얼리 체크인도 상황에 따라 가능!오로라 투어 픽업 장소로 아주 적합한 곳입니다
