Room quite spacious, has a fridge, open closet, powder mirror, desk, armchairs & TV. 3 beds were comfy, but didn't change bedsheet from previous guest use, thick layer of dust & hair under the beds. TV remote & phone were spoiled. Hair dryer, asked at counter, paid deposit 200baht. Bathroom cleaniness was passable, just no curtain or sliding door to prevent shower wetting the toilet & sink. Only 2 hangers, not enough for a room of 3 people. Water bottle, toilet paper & towel replaced daily if needed. No kettle. Quiet neighborhood, need to Grab to everywhere, but still convenient because their Grab is fast & affordable. Mini C & 7e were nearby, walking distance. Other services like restaurant, bar, karaoke, cafe, massage, and van transfer were costly, better go somewhere cheaper.

Si può dire che il letto dell'hotel è molto buono a dormire. Se ti piace dormire in letto duro, puoi dormire in questo hotel.
Poi, il cattivo commento è che l'acqua calda del bagno è un po', metà dell'acqua calda è da aspettare, molto fredda!
Dopo aver dormito due notti, Ben ha detto che la seconda notte ha chiamato il massaggio all'hotel per massaggiare tutto il corpo. Dopo aver messo a letto, ho chiesto al taytan di pagare un'ora e trenta, e il taytan 400, abbiamo detto bene.Di conseguenza, il massaggiatore è venuto alla stanza e ci ha detto che il prezzo era 700 taytan, 400 è l'osso positivo, 700 è l'olio per massaggiare! This small hotel is a clean, modern, welcoming oasis in the middle of a city I’d never stay in unless I was headed to Ko Lipe (which is exactly why we were there.) The twin beds were extremely comfortable, the water was hot, and the hostess (owner?) was friendly and helpful. Don’t expect to enjoy wandering the neighborhood unless you can’t get enough of dirty, smelly, hot and humid Asian cities. We did venture out for dinner at a no-name local restaurant around the corner. It was busy, and the food was pretty good. We had stir fry pork and kale, and fried prawns.

La posizione è molto strategica, solo a pochi passi da Lee Garden Plaza. Spazi di parcheggio complimentare presso la struttura. L'hotel circostante è bella. L'accesso facile a Tuk Tuk. Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente. La camera è spaziale e pulita. 500 Baht è necessario per il deposito di sicurezza. Ho chiesto un check-in precoce e l'hanno consentito perché la nostra stanza era pronta (nessun pagamento aggiuntivo è necessario per il check-in precoce). Inoltre, hanno due piastrelle universali nella stanza.

UUtente ospiteIf you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth

Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

Con: Long checking in process as receptionist seemed inexperienced or unsure about bookings from Trip.com. Severely limited carpark lots onsite. Moldy toilet ceilings. Rooms had strands of hair everywhere, and stuck on door knob. Rusty lamp shades. Musky smell upon entering the room. Sound proofing is bad, we could hear super clearly the housekeeping staff laughing and talking. Toilet ventilator did not work. Hot water comes on and off. Church service is held on Sunday from 10am to 12pm. It also clashes with checkout timing which they stated by 12pm sharp. Front office manager cannot communicate well and comes off rude.
Notable observation: New testament and Mind Development books were placed on the bedside table in all rooms.
We stayed at a few hotels in Hatyai and made some comparisons. You pay the extra for the good location but if you drive or are willing to walk 5-10min, there are many hotels in the vicinity that offer better service and comfort, and at a cheaper rate. We felt uncomfortable staying at this hotel and will not return.

Quando arrivato, il processo di check-in era regolare, e il personale era cortese, ma non troppo attento. Il lobby esulò un fascino funzionale, con decorazioni minimalistiche e aree di seggio che servivano il loro scopo senza molta flirt.
Quando mi sono recata in camera, ho notato che i corridoi erano puliti, ma un po’ date, riflettendo il carattere inaspettato dell’hotel, e che la stanza stessa era abbastanza spaziosa per un soggiorno confortevole, anche se con mobili che mostravano segni di indossamento e lacrime. Il letto, pur non lussuoso, ha fatto dormire una notte decente, e le lamiere erano pulite.
Uno degli aspetti notevoli dell'hotel era la sua pulizia; il personale di custodia ha fatto un lavoro prezioso di mantenere la temperamentalità per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, l'assenza di pranzi compiacenti o addirittura di una colazione è stata deludente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano comodità.

Il divano ha bruciato le sigarette.
