在今年哈爾濱如此火熱的春節期間，這個酒店的初級房型定價是非常實惠的，位置不錯打車去哪都不貴,裝修檔次勉強也算是到五星水平了。但無窗特惠房型實在太熱了，關掉空調也沒用，室內超30杜，還沒冷氣，第一晚孩子睡着給熱的一頭的汗，當晚值班前台答應和領導申請升級房型或換房間，在要來電風扇後雖不舒適，但也算可以入睡了，第二天沒有接到酒店詢問是否需要升級或換房間，其實本來也不打算換房間了，畢竟就一晚挪來挪去也麻煩，但酒店大意的工作態度讓人有點失望。大過年的服務人員也不容易，還是給好評吧。

As a frequent traveler, I was recently blessed with the opportunity to stay at this Hotel in Harbin during my most recent trip. From the moment I arrived at the hotel(Arrived 12.30 a.m mid night).I was greeted with the warmest hospitality from the attentive staff who were more than happy to assist me with my luggage and check-in process.
The lobby exuded a luxurious aura with gleaming polished marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and ornate furnishings. The room I was allocated was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with modern amenities such as a flat-screen television, wireless internet, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed ensured that I could get some well-deserved rest after a long trip.
One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly its restaurants. The breakfast buffet was an incredible start to each day with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes.Mainly Chinese dishes .
In conclusion, my stay at the “Zhangwang Mansion”was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations in numerous regards. I would highly recommend this hotel to any discerning traveler seeking an unforgettable stay in luxurious surroundings in Harbin city .

Venendo a vedere il concerto J J, viveva due notti, e il primo giorno è arrivato tardi, e è stato appena arrivato alla scena del concerto. L'hotel è vicino allo stadio, e quasi pieno di camere, tutti guardano il concerto, molto caldo!La signorina Reception è molto buona, ho sentito parlare del concerto, ha anche inviato le mani! Yu ～ Anche i frutti sono stati benvenuti. La stanza è molto grande. Il giardino ha piovuto tutti questi giorni, molto piacevole! Molto piacevole! Ottima sistemazione in famiglia, anche se il corridoio è un po' disordinato, ma ci sono vantaggi inaspettati dopo aver aperto la porta.I due letti grandi sono grandi e l'esterno può ospitare tre persone.La cosa più importante è il check-in automatico, che è molto comodo, non c'è bisogno di colpo presso la reception o niente. UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è l'hotel più economico che abbia mai soggiornato in Hart. Il livello complessivo è anche superiore a 5 stelle. La signorina Reception ha aggiornato la stanza con me. Il piccolo patate Changsha insieme ama molto il colore dei mobili e delle porte della stanza
Il bagno igienico è molto pulito, il bagno e il bagno sono pronti per quattro bagni, e il letto è molto comodo
La stanza può anche essere pulita!
Si raccomanda di ospitare 529 camere, molto trasparenti. Grazie ancora, signorina Reception. Ha ospitato cinque hotel a Hart, la famiglia più soddisfatta
Inoltre, è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, molto vicino all'aeroporto, e l'hotel è ad alta velocità, non preoccuparsi di un autobus, e arriva all'aeroporto per circa 25 minuti.

NNidiaIl personale è sorprendente, molto utile e con grande atteggiamento chiedo il servizio di pick-up dall’aeroporto all’hotel, e il conducente è stato il più dolce e gentile! Mi aspettava anche quando ho avuto un grande ritardo sul mio volo. Poi all'Hotel Charles e al personale mi hanno ricevuto molto amichevole e felice. La stanza era spaziosa e ben progettata. La posizione è un po' lontana dagli alti punti della città ma confortevole con taxi o didi. Il colazione era buono ma non abbastanza varietà, ogni giorno è principalmente lo stesso menu. Il menu di servizio in camera è limitato ma super buono, il cibo era sempre delizioso e di nuovo il personale sorprendente. Grazie!

IIlse Du PlooyThe room appears much smaller than on the website but is adequate for solo travelling. Although water bottles was replaced daily, dirty tea cups were never removed or washed during my 4 day stay and I had to rinse them in the bathroom. The trash can was emptied every day but they do not make your bed. The shower head was broken and difficult to handle and the mattress topper was too big for the bed and kept slipping off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was difficult in the sense that the hotel is situated in a very busy main road, with one way direction and few in between passes, meaning taxis must first drive quite far past the hotel before making a u-turn to turn back to drop you. The downside of using Didi's or taxi's are the rude and impatient drivers. They charged extra high fares during Christmas. We were often gridlocked in traffic, ending up walking back 2-4km to the hotel. Overall I was disappointed in the city itself. Many buildings were rundown and neglected with broken windos and peeled paint, that reminded me of a third world country. Streets were very dirty and a nearby school did not make traffic congestion any easier when commuting forth and back to the hotel. Rumours that Christmas is not so busy and a better time to be visiting Harbin, is not true. The crowds spoiled the experience at Saint Sophia Church, especially the influencers who dressed up in ridiculous outfits posing in freezing temperatures at the church staircases and corners, spoiling any photography opportunities. Stalls and shops around the Church were very expensive. I visited a few other churches like St Aleksyev and Jile Temple which was far worth the effort. The highlight of my trip was Volga Manor, Baroque Street and the Songhua Railroad Bridge. Sun Island snow sculptures were very enjoyable, easy to navigate and not congested with people. Plenty of space to walk through the park, play in the snow and take the cable car over the river. The ques are not long from the Sun Island side, but crossing over to Harbin's side, the ques were very long to get a cable car. Danny's Beer in the Baroques Street area is a must visit and offered welcoming, warm and delicious food and hospitality. It's a 4,7km hike from the Songhua River bridge and offered good food at very reasonable prices. I did not visit the Ice sculpture park or light shows because of the three hour waiting cues, too many people and slippery conditions. The Tiger park was a so-so experience and mostly annoying due to people teasing the tigers with meat strips they cannot reach; all for the sake of a photo opportunity. If you are an animal lover, rather skip the tiger
Park. Lastly, a big plus was the public toilets near the Songhua River that were impressively clean.

We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay.
Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient.
Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room.
Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly.
Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on.
Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

AAndreas KlugeThe Hotel is quite okay nice rooms, unfortunately a bit smelly siphon as often could happen in China, the staff is very kind but not english speaking fluently, paying with credit card is possible, because of the Corona situation a lot of things weren’t open but the time in the hotel was relaxed. The hotel is very close to the historic Main Street you can walk 10min and in the middle of Harbin Downtown live with bars malls shops restaurants etc.

Anche se è così, il personale della reception è molto educato e cerca di aiutarmi, grazie mille! Tre dipendenti sono entrati nella stanza e stanno lavorando per il terzo letto (letto di cottura). Li ho detto che abbiamo solo due persone, non abbiamo bisogno del terzo letto, ma non abbiamo bisogno di ripristinare la cottura originale.Lasciamo il bagaglio e lasceremo la stanza e non vogliamo impedirli di lavorare nella mia stanza. Torna alla stanza per cena, ho scoperto che la porta era ancora aperta, ma nessuno era nella stanza, anche se so che l'hotel era sicuro, ma la porta era aperta, nessuno era dentro, e'sempre un po' male. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti.
