不错 not too far from railway station , surrounding a bit uncivilized but I like the market nearbybed linen and toilet are clean just the carpet looks not too clean but room is very big and overall is very good

Location very strategic located near Harbin Railway Station & Airport Bus Station and various local restaurants. Front counter staff very bad attitude especially the guy who's working this morning Jan 3rd 2024. Didn't refund our deposit knowing that we are foreigners checking out & flying home today. Room amenities look newly renovated but in actual fact acting as covering for mouldy ceiling & walls especially in the bathroom & shower area.

Good service and location. The manager is very nice. The morning marget near hotel is very amazing. If we have a chance we will come back again.

the front desk girl is really helpful. we asked a lot of questions and she try her best to find out the answer for us. i only stay one night. the second day the front desk girl is not helpful at all. i guess it depends on your luck

Wifi was slow. Otherwise all good. Employees do not speak English at all

The hotel is located very close to Harbin station, which is convenient, and not too far from the attractions. Though the location is right by an underpass and is noisy with traffic. The staff are nice enough, they don't speak much English. The hotel itself smells terrible, the front lobby is fine, but once you get to the guess floors the stench is strong and it's deeply steeped into the carpet as well. Walking around in socks results in the smell seeping into your socks and shoes too.

跟前台小姐姐溝通換了大床房，進到房間發現比預期的好，可能是看別人給的差評理由太多。衞生間乾濕分離，就是這洗手枱太低了點。大堂的裝飾風格也不錯，可以小坐一下。酒店挨着這條高架路橋，位置離哈爾濱站南廣場很近，我走過去10分鐘，離中央大街騎單車15分鐘。便捷酒店的正常配置，這次入住整體來説還是滿意的。

在這家酒店住宿期間，遇到的工作人員都很熱情，有耐心，我深深感受到了賓至如歸的氛圍。房間寬敞明亮，床品非常舒適，此外，酒店還提供了高品質的早餐和豐富的娛樂設施，非常適合度假或公務出差

我非常喜歡這家酒店的設施和氛圍，餐廳的食物非常美味，尤其是花園非常出片

工作人員熱情，服務態度好。但房間設施陳舊，牆紙有局部脱落，電視機老舊，有一股子油煙味道，也許是因為暖氣把室內傢俱的味整出來了，洗澡的水忽冷忽熱，不過席夢思和洗漱毛巾還可以。評價一定要實事求是，照片也要客觀，我是被照片和酒店後小花園吸引的，其實比較失望。

房間乾淨，離火車站也很近，前台服務熱情周到，這家店值得推薦。

雖然鄰近哈爾濱站，但步行亦有一段距離，超過10分鐘，房間設計老派，然而套房挺大，價錢在冬季的哈爾濱算是性價比高，平均每晚不超過1000，領教過旅遊區的住宿情況，這家算合理。
