I experienced a delay in check-in, with our check-in time postponed from the standard 2 pm to approximately 3 pm due to room cleaning delays. While I appreciate the front desk team's assistance, such issues are unexpected at a Ritz property. Additionally, I encountered some concerns regarding room hygiene; specifically, there was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. On a positive note, the breakfast offerings were satisfactory, although the restaurant was somewhat crowded during our visit. The hotel is near a well-known local river, providing beautiful views from the rooms. However, I found the location lacking in accessibility to various attractions. There was no nearby subway station, which made travelling to my planned destinations more challenging. Consequently, relying on taxis became necessary, but I noted that traffic in Harbin was quite congested.

Assistant Manager Katrina stands out with her impeccable service - she's attentive, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Her local knowledge and prompt problem-solving skills made our stay memorable. The hotel's stunning views of Songhua River and elegant rooms perfectly capture Harbin's beauty. Ritz Carlton stay was next level comfort. The service was excellent, all amenities are clean and well provided toiletries. The buffet has so much variety as well.

Excellent hotel! Superb location for visiting attractions! Spacious rooms with great bathrooms! Excellent Breakfast spread!!! Housekeeper placed humidifier in our rooms without us requesting when she noticed that we were affected by the dry weather ! She even wrote us a note to express concern! Wow! She gave us extra oolong teabags when she noticed that we favoured this tea! Peter , F and B manager and chef Dean deserve special mention for going out of their way to meet our request during our last breakfast today! Thank you Ritz Carlton Harbin!

Beautiful rooms, good service, inroom dining is quite expensive. Propriety targeting local tourism and famillies, can be ethic to get in and out.

Hotel staffs are extremely friendly. The chambermaids did an excellent job in housekeeping! Thumbs up and FIVE STARS for all of them !

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

Fantastic hotel. Really happy that we stayed here and I can really recommend the club lounge. Great service and good selection of both wine and food. We will definitely come back. I can't name drop the staff that was working in the club lounge because I forgot to ask. But I really want to give the credit for the excellent service.

Nice hotel. Attentive staff. Short taxi ride to the main tourist attractions in town. Impressive view of the Ice and Snow World from the hotel lobby.
