Name confuses at first. After lookup for its location, we assumed that it meant that we can easily take a metro directly to the famous street, few stops away. Breakfast was good. Fresh, variety and a lot it choices. Staff at breakfast room were friendly and always helpful. Related to staff, there is one male receptionist who spoke and understood English. With all other ladies we needed our translation application to communicate with them. Room was big, heater worked very well, too well some day, but luckily we could open our windows. Ps. Don't take a taxi without using didi app. We got cheated on the our way back to airport. A friend of us was even refuse for his ride to railway station...

This is the second time we're staying at this hotel. We were given two rooms located on the 2nd floor which are kinda make-shift rooms at the mezzanine floor. One of the rooms given has poor or no ventilation. Thank you to Trip. Com (Irish, Vera and Kate) who helped us resolve this issue with the hotel staff. Some staff at the counter look Over-stressed with their job and can be quite unpleasant or even rude when communicating with guests. The best part of the stay will be the scrumptious breakfast spread. We enjoyed the three day's breakfast very much. Overall, the cleanliness is tip top, too. It's located near to two subway station as well as to the airport bus stand. Harbin Museum subway station and Harbin Railway station.

Отличная альтернатива отелю Куньлунь, ещё и дешевле. Было чисто, мыльно-рыльные принадлежности были. Две бутылочки воды, чайник. Не было кофе и чая, холодильника. Завтрак так себе, выбор скудный и ориентирован на местных жителей. Рядом ж/д вокзал и автобусная остановка в аэропорт, метро тоже рядом. Переночевать ночь перед вылетом или поездом самое то. Остались довольны.

我也是第一次寫評價因為這個酒店的服務真的是太好了，會有管家帶我們進房間告訴各項設施使用方法，還給客人提供凍梨，銀耳湯，服務真是做到了極致，尤其是最近哈爾濱太火了房間衹住了一天，第二天沒房了，隨口的一問附近酒店叫林靜的經理盡然幫我聯繫那麪還給了折扣，這個服務簡直沒誰了，真的特別感謝，也很暖心！希望你們越來越好，哈爾濱火了真的是大家共同的努力，做為一個北方人一樣的暖心！
