L'hotel era buono principalmente per la sua accessibilità e il prezzo. La posizione è molto comoda. Peccato che il personale non parli altre lingue oltre al cinese. Inoltre non è chiaro come funzioni il Wi-Fi. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che alle 6 del mattino o anche prima il rumore delle donne delle pulizie iniziasse nel corridoio. Facevano tutto molto rumorosamente e non mi lasciavano dormire. La colazione è un buffet di cucina cinese e senza doppiaggio in inglese. La colazione avrebbe potuto essere fatta prima delle 10 del mattino, ma è dalle 7 alle 9. Chi non arriva in tempo è in ritardo.

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Ci hanno dato due camere situate al 2° piano, che sono una specie di stanze di fortuna al piano mezzanino. Una delle camere assegnate ha una ventilazione scarsa o assente. Grazie a Trip. Com (Irish, Vera e Kate) che ci ha aiutato a risolvere questo problema con il personale dell'hotel. Alcuni membri del personale al bancone sembrano stressati dal loro lavoro e possono essere piuttosto sgradevoli o persino maleducati quando comunicano con gli ospiti. La parte migliore del soggiorno sarà la deliziosa colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione dei tre giorni. Nel complesso, anche la pulizia è al top. Si trova vicino a due stazioni della metropolitana e alla stazione degli autobus per l'aeroporto. La stazione della metropolitana Harbin Museum e la stazione ferroviaria di Harbin.

Room's conditon matches the photo. Everything is as per the expectation. Good breakfast. The breakfast buffet provided a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The receptionists were helpful with taxi booking for early morning transfer to the airport. Even though they did not speak English, it was ok to communicate using the translator.

The personal were very friendly, helpfull and pro active in giving service. The breakfast was a buffet, which was quite diverse. It was good, I only missed black coffee. The location is in a walking distance of Harbin railway station, where the high speed lines also stop. The hotel was also quiet during the evenings, eventhough more guests arrived during the weekend.

Great location. Very close to a metro station and a major shopping street. My only problem is the cleanliness. The floors in my room were not clean when I checked in and only one day out of my 5 nights at the hotel did room service come and clean my room, meaning I slept with dirty sheets for a few nights. Two days after I checked in, I told the maid she can come in to clean my room in 10 minutes (so I would be outside while she was cleaning) but when I returned that night, my bed still had stains on it from the food I spilled on it the night before. I had to sleep in a dirty bed for roughly 3 nights before I got new bedsheets.

My wife and I stayed in a Budget Standard Room (15th floor) and were very pleased. The room seemed quite big since the shared bathroom was down the hall. Everything was very clean, breakfast was very tasty (as many others have written), and all of the staff we encountered were very kind. The location is great--between the main train station and malls with many choices for dining. We hope to stay here again someday in beautiful Harbin!

Encountered some problems on rechecking-in on return trip to Snow Town & Snow Valley. But thankfully it was amicably settled. Loved the breakfasts!

It was a goods hotel. The location, cleanliness and service was nice. There are two small issues: firstly, there is not bathroom inside the room. They have public bathroom each level. Secondly, the temperate was too high inside the hotel comparing with outside. A little bit temperature difference is acceptable, but the difference was way too high. It was like positive 25 inside the hotel and negative 30 degree outside.

Stuff is awful. Very bad. I booked Queensize bed room. They want to give me two single bed room. In the end they change it to queensize bed room. The attitude is very rude. I asked whether they can help me to call taxi, the receptionist shouted at me. It was really bad experience. Other than that location cleanness was ok.

In General this was a good hotel. And some of the staff were so helpful and friendly! But what wasn’t clear for us, is that it’s a hotel where people are allowed to smoke everywhere, also in the bathroom for example. There is apparently a non smoking floor which we didn’t know when we booked. But everything else was good :)
