The hotel has a rustic feel. It is located in a great area with lots of fun activities around. We got free cable cart tickets from the island to the river and Zhongyang street and back.

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

Best location to walk around central street. Safe and clean.

Location only accessible by taxi (drivers need to be told how to enter the area) and cablecar, far from metro and food options. However the room itself was excellent, and the building is interesting

Location is within sun island. As a tourist who uses esim and don't have a local number. . To allow the car to enter you will need to call and inform them in advance, without local number you can't call. You are doomed to drop off at entry to island that is at least 1km walk into the hotel as your did app won't be able to show you the hotel location If you are just visiting the sun island this is a great option. There are cable car but the price is expensive compared to the car option. 2 other things for a foreign tourist i would not recommend to book this hotel. 1st is that the front desk person who is big sized guy and wearing spec gave me the worst even experience. He just asked if I would like to add on for breakfast. did not even explain the option of the transport into the island or anything at all and just dump the hotel card on the desk instead of passing it by hand. The encounter I have with the local was that they were all very friendly, I would be surprised if he is one because he would be a outliner to the rest. 2nd was I was trapped at a lift for hotel guest for 20mins when I wanted to go back to my room. As this is a place for the cable car, people will take it and they uses a general life and there is one for hotel guests only. When I took it the lift it man functioned and the door did not open, the alarm in the lift did not even work at all. I pressed and shouted but no use at all. It's only after 20mins that someone noticed and I have to pry open the door to be rescued. However the worst experience can't as this person who saw me was a hotel staff, he proceeded to scold me for taking the lift when it's spoiled.however clearly there was no sign that this lift was spoiled and before I took it I even asked one of the staff managing the queue nearby the lift that I'll be taking this life and he didn't even say it's spoiled. Also the big sized also came and he also scold me. Then right after someone else can and put a signage that this lift is not working so clearly this is not my fault. When I checked out, i feedback to another staff on this and he gave me 2 magnets as a gift. For 2 magnets to pacify this experience is an insult. I do not recommend as a tourist to stay at this place

We booked 2 rooms, both were large and spacious. The hotel is beautiful and the finishes are fantastic.

Clean hotel friendly staff and the good breakfast and highly recommended.We'll come back again.

 Very nice location with good service and very nice rooms. There is also a gondola included in the room price which is very nice.  Staff is nice and helpful, highly recommended. 

Lovely quirky little castle themed hotel. It's a bit of a weird place to get to and check in (unless you take the cableway which arrives directly) but members of staff were extremely helpful in instructing us in how to arrive as well as providing excellent service and information on the surrounding area when we arrived. 200RMB of cable rides included with room. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view!

Best location at Sun island in Harbin city, hotel is amazing (castle of Russia style), room so awesome, wonderful snow view and we can taking cableway to central street area that provide from hotel, breakfast also yummy with Chinese’s flavor,

I love castles and this Hotel made a dream come true. The rooms were so big and it felt like you are secluded but there is life around you. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The surrounds is beautiful and there are so many different activities that you can do, The cable car trip was so nice we laughed so much as some of us had not been on one so they laughed and were scared at the same time. Next time I will stay longer though.

Cable car from the hotel that can take you to the center of the city. In a very picturesque location during winter. Great for a romantic weekend.

Nice room. So happy to be here. Will stay here again if I come to Harbin again. 😍
