Hotel in zona Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, Hanoi

The service is consistent and professional throughout. It has been, in fact, enhanced since my previous stay during it's opening year. For one, the executive lounge is in full swing, albeit plagued by occasional inconsiderate guests who talk for prolonged periods on their mobile phones or book the meeting room for the purpose of dining with their friends on the pretext of discussing work. The lobby moniterance can be more effective i.e. enforcing orderly conduct and behaviour over rowdy and aggressive mainland Chinese tourists. Devices and voices should be kept to a minimum in public spaces to maintain proper decorum. The hotel ground staff need to be more vigilant in this regard. That said, the service staff are to be highly commended. The Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Hannah, is extremely approachable and knowledgeable. She provided me with valuable tips on places of interests within the city and beyond. She always makes herself available and is often seen interacting passionately with guests around the property. Certainly, the executive lounge staff, Lucas, Kevin, Audrey, Estee, Lynn and Crystal are very attentive and guest-centric. No request is ever overwhelming for them and they portray the executive lounge to a very high standard. I was touched by staff who recognised me though my previous stay was some two years back. Concierge, Mr. Ku, welcomed me warmly with his sincere and genuine hospitality style. The Duty Manager, Mr. Harry, did his best to resolve my room issues and was always following up diligently on my preferences. Front Office staff, Ellen and Anna, who were also present since the opening of the hotel, maintain their friendly and charming dispositions. The lobby bar staff are impressive, with dedicated staff like Duc and Mr. Thang, the outlet manager, who remembered me by name and concocted a special ginger/lemongrass tea when he found out that I had a dry throat. L'hotel è stato progettato con un servizio di lusso/ospedaliero di 5*, e è stato molto nuovo, come ha detto l'associato, che è stato aperto per circa 6 mesi. Il letto e la camera erano molto confortevoli e decorati. Io apprezzerò questo a 10/10. Grande servizio e pulito. Mi sono accolto con un buono da bere e la gara di bar mi ha fatto una bevanda che non era sul menu e anche se la barra del tetto era chiusa, ha preso il tempo di preparare una bevanda speciale che non è troppo zucchero per me come richiesto. Il colazione al ristorante era anche fantastico! Anche se non riuscivo a rimanere per un lungo periodo, mentre volava a Hanoi per fare un fermo a Hai Phong. Certamente tornerò e resterò qui per la mia futura visita.

Bello servizio, molto confortevole soggiorno all'hotel. Situato in una posizione conveniente. L'ora del cioccolato era bello, ma dovrebbe essere dato più pubblicità e potrebbe essere introdotto durante l'ispezione al desk front, scommetto che molti ospiti non lo sanno. La piscina era pulita e tutto era bello. La colazione era eccellente e tutti i dipendenti erano amici. È stato molto utile una raccomandazione per gli amici che stanno visitando Hanoi.

Hotel altamente consigliato. Proprio nel centro della città vecchia e con molti negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il personale di servizio è molto cordiale e si occupa delle tue esigenze quasi immediatamente. Vorrei fare un saluto a Jacky, il direttore dell'hotel. Ci ha dato una stanza temporanea per riposare dato che siamo arrivati ​​alle 6 del mattino mentre aspettavamo la nostra vera stanza

Capella Hano è il prossimo livello. Se vuoi un posto fantastico per passare in bella Hanoi, Capella è il posto per essere. Servizio fantastico dal momento in cui arrivate fino al momento in cui partete. Capisco perché la gente prenota la Capella in Hanoi e non vuole lasciare il posto. Le camere sono classiche, super pulite e semplicemente immaculate. Da caffè al champagne, tutto è fatto eccezionalmente bene. I ristoranti sono belli e i pasti sono bellissimi. Un riconoscimento speciale a Tran Thao, epitomò la Capella. Full di classe, felicità, amicizia e conoscenza. Se cerchi un fattore di wow, niente si avvicina alla Capella di Hanoi.

A seconda della posizione, non puoi vedere nulla a seconda della stanza. Tuttavia, se non ti dispiace, è un ottimo hotel. Anche il ritiro del taxi era immediatamente disponibile. C'è anche un minimarket nelle vicinanze e ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi banh mi e caffè nelle vicinanze. Sono molto soddisfatto Voglio restare di nuovo qui.

Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the front desk staff who could speak Chinese. Their ability to communicate in my language made the check-in process smooth and convenient. It truly enhanced my overall experience, and I greatly appreciated their effort to make me feel welcome.

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.
