Hotel in zona Pagoda su una sola colonna, Hanoi

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Pros: Mi piaceva l'aggiornamento che abbiamo ricevuto dopo un lungo viaggio. La nostra ospite ci ha messo sul piano superiore del suo nuovo hotel poche porte a partire dalla prenotazione originale. Ammetto di aver paura di prima, ma una volta che ho visto le nuove stanze, ero felice. C'è un tetto e grandi finestre. Molte privacy, perché ci sono solo due camere in ogni piano. Ci sono un tetto e un piccolo lobby. Puoi ancora sentire il rumore, ma non tanto da quando sei in strada. Il nostro ospite ci ha anche messo in moto i biglietti e le tour per il sonno, molto meno di altri. Cons: Dopo che siamo stati trasferiti nel nuovo hotel, siamo rimasti per 4 notti e non abbiamo pulito le nostre camere. Ci sono stati poche volte che hanno cercato di finire di mettere sul tappeto e mi ha disturbato il sonno e i piani. Infine non l'hanno fatto mentre ero lì. Il nostro costo del lavaggio era un po' più alto rispetto al costo circostante (passeggiare sulla strada principale e farlo per 1/3 fuori). Anche se ci sono dei coni, direi che la gente qui è molto gentile e cerca di aiutare il meglio. Il prezzo è grande per il valore e resterò ancora la prossima volta.

L'hotel potrebbe essere vecchio ma, cosa più importante, le camere sono spaziose e sembra di essere a casa. E pulite. La pulizia è molto importante per me. Le camere sono ”enormi”! Adoro questa dimensione di oltre 80 mq, è così bello avere camere grandi una volta per tutte!! E i bagni sono puliti e grandi! La posizione è eccellente, è a circa 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio ma la posizione intorno all'hotel è buona: alcuni bei ristoranti e in genere molto meglio che soggiornare nella zona del quartiere vecchio che può essere un rischio.

Solo Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel and brand new. Good Location. Reception staff is a gem. Kate at front office is one of nicest lady I have ever met, she guided me about Hanoi for my short trip and she is very polite and has a beautiful smile everytime you pass front desk. They have good breakfast in the morning, Fiona in the restaurant provided excellent service and definately an asset to this hotel. They have a rooftop bar to enjoy Beer in the evening. Lot of shopping and good options around the hotel within 10 mins walk. I will definately stay here during my next visit and would like to recommend it to everyone.

Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

The location is good, friendly staff, the studio was clean. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay, we are happy that we had the chance to cook our breakfast. We'll come back again on the first occasion.

L'hotel è ideale per un soggiorno di 1 notte se si dispone di un volo mattinale da catturare, grandi camere con bagno privato. L'aeroporto è molto vicino per raggiungere a piedi - l'aeroporto internazionale è a 10 minuti a piedi e l'aeroporto interno è a 20 minuti. Non molto da vedere, fare o mangiare nella zona, quindi non consiglierei più di una notte.
