Thank you very much for taking care of me!!! Mr Anh at Fronk Desk was very polite and helpful finding my padlock which was lost at hotel lobby, after 10 minutes he got it back and send to my room. The hotel is clean, have nice breakfast and very close to the oldtown I will recommend to my friends and family, thank you and keep it up 👍

We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Very comfy and nice hotel to stay. They have chocolate bar counter at certain time where you can enjoy their own brand chocolate which is so yummy. Will be back again for business or leisure. Thumbs up

Sono stato qui per un mese come volontario regolarmente in una comunità residenziale nelle vicinanze di Van Canh. È stata una grande esperienza. Ho avuto alcune camere diverse quando ho controllato per andarmene per un lungo fine settimana, e poi ho controllato di nuovo. È molto confortevole e piacevole, situato nel quartiere antico. Puoi facilmente camminare fino al lago Hoan Kiem, alla prigione Hoa Lo, ecc. E è proprio vicino alla strada Train, per vedere che arrivano i treni! In una nota più pratica, c'è un Circle K sotto il blocco per qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno, e un lavandino vicino alla porta che fornirà i vostri vestiti alla reception del vostro hotel. Ci sono bar e ristoranti proprio fuori, e la porta addietro è la Porta dell'India, gestita da sorelle Rohit e Neha, con stupendo cibo e servizio! Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto personali e utili. Mi piaceva vedere loro ogni giorno mentre andavo al lavoro. Ci sono i bagni forniti, quindi non uscirete mai, e ogni ospite riceve 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno come parte del loro soggiorno. Tornero' la prossima volta che sarò volontario.

Ho prenotato in questo albergo basandomi sulla posizione strategica: al confine tra la città vecchia e quella più moderna, in modo da poter visitare tutto a piedi. Ma in realtà il valore più grande di questo albergo è nella cura dedicata dal personale agli ospiti. Sono stata 3 settimane e mi hanno aiutato a organizzare escursioni a Ha long bay e Sa Pa, corso di cucina e visite per la città. Ogni volta che mi muovevo in città mi prenotavano il taxi dicendo quanto avrei dovuto spendere per evitare fregature. Lo sky bar e il ristorante dell'hotel hanno cibi ottimi e vista mozzafiato aulla città. La silk road, ottima per i regalini, è a 3 minuti a piedi. Il mercato notturno del fine settimana inizia praticamente lì accanto. Ma malgrado questo l'hotel è un posto tranquillo, con una spa che è un'oasi di benessere e tranquillità. Posto veramente da raccomandare!

こちらのホテルは4泊5日の日程で利用しましたが、部屋は常に清潔で、クーラーは強力、朝食ビュッフェもとてもおいしかったです。特に牛肉フォーは外の有名レストランのそれよりおいしかったし、毎朝のベトナムアイスコーヒーも外のカフェと変わらないくらい美味しく、大満足です。また旅行最終日、日本へのフライトが深夜だったのですが、チェックアウトした後もシャワーを使わせてくれてとても助かりました。（あのままだと汗をかいたまま飛行機に乗らないといけなかったため）ホテルのスタッフ皆が親切でしたが、JennyとMには特に親切にしてもらいました。素晴らしい体験をありがとう！ I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, the room was always clean, the air conditioner was powerful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. In particular, the beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the café outside, and I was very satisfied. Also, on the last day of the trip, my flight to Japan was late at night, but they let me use the shower even after checking out, which was very helpful. All the hotel staff were very nice (because I had to get on the plane sweating as it was), but Jenny and M were especially helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

I really enjoy the stay here. The hotel is very modern, very clean. Plesantly surprjse actually. They dont offer breakfast. They are just opposite cafe giang (the famous egg coffee cafe), few mins to the lake and the temple. Quite near to the post office to send post cards back home, near bahn mi 25, near the night market as well and dong xuan market. What is not near is the train street, which is the other side. Overall super convenient, near the bus stop as well if you are taking public transport from the airport

Io sono qui in maggio con Michael, con cui ho già soggiornato in Hanoi espressamente nelle vecchie vicinanze. Così sono felice di tornare con Michael dopo pochi anni! È così buono con me per me e-mail per dirgli che vengo di nuovo e ha risposto a casa. Questo hotel è un ottimo valore per i vostri soldi e il loro servizio è sopra tutto ciò che ho vissuto nei miei viaggi! Qualunque cosa ne abbia bisogno Michael vi organizzera' un taxi da un bus di lusso all'aeroporto a Sapa o un viaggio a Halong Bay. Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.
