Great for a sleep after a very long journey!
Booked this for a few hours from getting in at the airport at 1am. Reached the hotel after 2am and checked in all went quick and smooth, no issues. Clean and good beds, air con and a fan, very comfortable.
Bathroom fine, fridge and water was very welcome. Left feeling refreshed and ready to continue on my journey. Thank you!

Siamo rimasti solo per una notte prima del nostro volo mattina . In primo luogo, eravamo un po' preoccupati perché l'edificio sembrava molto vecchio dall'esterno.
Tuttavia, hanno un altro edificio dietro il vecchio come estensione . Ci siamo rimasti nell'estensione, che era molto nuovo e pulito .
La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato non era vicino alla strada, quindi era piacevole senza molto rumore.
Lo consiglio a coloro che hanno un volo precoce al mattino o un arrivo molto tardi a Hanoi, poiché è a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto.
Assicurati di prenotare le camere nel nuovo edificio.
Inoltre, è meglio prendere un taxi o un Grab per arrivare dall'aeroporto e visi inverso perché non c'è un passo laterale per i pedoni.
Anche la passeggiata è molto lontana dal terminale domestico .

La nostra stanza è stata davvero piacevole, ha avuto un aggiornamento della stanza gratuita, la posizione è molto conveniente per i layout, la stanza era pulita e spaziosa, il colazione era grande. E la piscina è stato un colpo assoluto! L'hotel offre anche un trasferimento per 100.000 dong vietnamiti, che noi consigliamo molto perché non si può trovare un prezzo migliore. Molto consigliamo!

越南一條龍😎。
很早就聽説越南好玩😍，還經濟實惠，苦於沒有熟人帶路，怕被嘎腰子😱，恰好前幾天在深圳認識了在越南河內開酒店的中國老闆：內排機場酒店-朱總，他在越南開酒店3年，基本算是本地通了，在他的帶領下，讓這次的越南之行無比舒服👍。
1，衹需要給他拍個護照照片，簽證和機票就搞定了，加起來僅僅1000多塊錢
2，飛機衹需要兩個小時就從深圳寶安機場到了內排國際機場
3，飛機落地就有專車過來接我們到酒店，5分鐘就到酒店了，住進去才發現，酒店就在機場圍牆外面🤣，打開窗户就能看到大飛機✈
4，出門在外，手機有信號，兜裏有現金，走哪都不怕，朱總第一時間給我了一張本地卡，換了500萬越南盾（1塊錢等於3500越南盾），打開手機，網絡自由啦，Google，TikTok，YouTube，可以放飛自我了🥳
5，酒店一樓有中國小超市，雖然小，但都是精挑細選的國內暢銷貨，品種比較豐富，吃喝居多，可能是怕大家吃不慣本地食物，為了更多的照顧國內旅客的口味，我首先買了一包藤椒方便麪（6元）和一包紅盒寬窄煙（60元），比國內貴了20%，但這是國內搬來的，算上路費很合理了
6，前台小妹會講中文，溝通無障礙，而且還很漂亮😻，很快就辦理了入住
7，我特別選了靠機場的房間，方便看飛機。窗户特別多，房間光線很充足，房間比國內五星級酒店還乾淨，越南人喜歡進屋脱鞋，所以房間的乾淨程度很高。雖然靠機場，關了窗户也不是很吵，半夜基本沒有飛機了
8，頂樓是中國餐廳，有中國廚師，地道中國味，出國旅遊好多次了，只有這裏的中國餐廳沒讓我失望，跟國內味道差不多，川菜湘菜都不錯，還能提前預訂特殊供應
9，來到越南，特色早餐不能錯過，旁邊靠近大馬路有家本地特色的牛肉粉，配炸瘦肉團，很鮮美，可以與我們的潮州牛肉粿條媲美，很多本地人也在那裡吃
10，由於不會越南話，會説英語的也不多，交流起來多少有點困難，但是下載一個Google Translator, 基本搞定，白天出去，朱總幫我們叫一輛車，後面自己玩耍基本無障礙，越南人對中國人很熱情友好，聽到我們講中文，都希望跟我們多交流，學幾句😎
11，在朱總的內排機場酒店享受的不是簡單的住宿，而是全方位的導遊服務，吃喝玩樂住一條龍打包服務，有求必應，安排到位，下次過來玩必須找朱總安排

Amazing little design hotel with beautiful view of the lake. Great value for money. Room was comfy and well designed with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good and at the top with a panoramic view. Only problem was that you could hear the engines from motorcycles in the morning (and I even stayed on a high floor) so be prepared to use ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Infinity rooftop pool was amazing. I would definitely return if I come back to Hanoi.

This has been one of my favourite stays in Hanoi. Check-in and check out is very fast. It is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but that's okay. If you want to get to the Old Quarter, it's 15 to 20minutes Grab ride away. It's a new hotel, only 3 months old at the time of my stay and they take service very seriously! I had planned to stay only 1 night and decided to extend by 2 more nights. Very clean, comfortable and the overhead projector is a nice touch. If you need a retreat away this is a great choice. I got quite sick with a flu during my stay, the staff attended to me and made me fresh ginger tea. The front desk staff swiftly got onto her scooter to get traditional Vietnamese medicine that I had requested. They checked on me to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire stay. And I was able to do late check out comfortably without any hassle. Definitely looking forward to staying here again the next time that I visit Hanoi again!

UUtente ospiteLa decorazione di Natale era in punto, molto festiva! L'interno era pulito e abbastanza spazioso. Molto ben situato con molti caffè e ristoranti locali vicino. Abbiamo anche amato il cane dell'hotel che ci ha salutati ogni volta che entrammo e lasciammo il lobby. Era il cane più dolce e dolce che abbia mai avuto!

The manager is a very pleasant guy who strives to give you a good staying and with a sense of pride in his job (a rarity these days).
All the staff were very polite,friendly,attentive and helpful!!!!!!!
They also organised an airport drop off,at a very affordable price.
Spotlessy clean hotel and room.
I can't recommed it enough.
If I would ever go back to Hanoi,I would definitely book there again.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa.
The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience.
The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had.

BBalaThe hotel location was very good, right in the cebter of everything at old quarter! The location is perfect to enjoy Hanoi to the fullest.
Ngoc An is a really good host and helped us organising needs of the customer at any time and really appreciate An for a super supportive front desk executive throughout my stay and also helped to book airport taxi as my flight was too early in the morning without hassle
The room is not clean but big enough, hotel service could be improved but thanks to again An my stay is a pleasant one and will come back again recommend to others too!

UUtente ospiteI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

UUtente ospiteLa ricezione era molto amichevole e aiutava a prenotare i miei taxi (meno economico di avere un taxi Grab), la stanza stessa era molto pulita e la custodia era attenta e pulita le bianche, ecc ogni giorno.
La posizione è anche molto buona - vicino alla vecchia zona della città e grande da visitare per andare intorno al lago.
