The rooms and suites are exquisitely designed, featuring modern amenities and plush furnishings that ensure a restful stay. The lounge isn’t bad.

Lotte Hotel Hanoi, while not situated close to the main tourist areas, compensates with its stunning views of the city. The rooms are well-appointed, offering a panoramic perspective that is especially captivating at night. Although the location means a bit of travel to popular attractions, the quality of accommodation and the scenic vistas make up for it. The pricing is on the higher side, but given the excellent facilities and the breathtaking views, it feels justified. For those who don't mind a slight disconnect from the bustling tourist spots and appreciate a quieter, more refined setting, Lotte Hotel Hanoi is a great choice.

Excellent location with shopping centre nearby

Overall it's a great hotel. Sauna room is excellent too. However this hotel seems too formal.

The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the city center or main headquarters. Expect to incur an approximate cost of 8-10 USD per round trip when using Grab for transportation from this location. The demeanor of the front desk staff does not align with the expected standards of kindness, politeness, and friendliness characteristic of 5-star establishments. During my stay, I observed that some Chinese guests expressed surprise upon discovering an additional charge ranging from 40 to 50 USD per day for a smoking room. I noted an air of condescension in the mannerisms of the employees toward them, which struck me as somewhat unconventional. Furthermore, when I placed an order for a hamburger and affogato at the restaurant situated on the 38th floor adjacent to the lobby, the staff amusedly repeated the word "affogato" multiple times. While this behavior could be construed as impolite, I endeavored to interpret their actions in a positive light. In summary, my overall experience fell short of the stringent 5-star benchmarks set by other Lotte Hotels I have frequented worldwide.

Great stay here at the hotel would recommend anyone to come stay it’s great clean and near starbucks

Tidy room... Best view of hanoi city..... Good breakfast... Good coffee.... Spa n sauna are wonderful... Courteous staff....

Located right beside lotte department store - convenient to buy things or shop. It was also easy to get a grab to get to airport.

Good location with shopping mall next to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants with good variety of food. Supermarket next door make shopping for snack and food easy. Buffet breakfast is loaded with many selections. I strongly recommend the hotel for a good stay in Hanoi.

Overall convenience and there is lots of Japanese food just walking distance away.

overall still a nice hotel to stay but when my partner asked for tissues paper during our breakfast time on our last day but the lady dressed like the supervisor or manager with jacket replied with her with unprofessional manner. we asked for tissue paper for more than 20 mins and yet come, therefore, we approached her to again and she replied with who did u asked ?

Nice room with good bed but on the smaller end with only 1 armchair and the most complicated shower tap. I also found it a bit annoying that you need to take 2 elevators to get from your room to the door. Views are amazing though!
