Centrally located, walking distances to various attractions. Staff are helpful and very friendly.

The hotel's facilities left nothing to be desired. The fitness center boasted top-of-the-line equipment, making it easy to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. The spa, with its indulgent treatments and serene ambiance, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Bottled water not enough. Only given 1 bottle per guest. Usually hotels give 2 bottles per guest. Besides this, hotel is very clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Staffs are very helpful, quite close to most of the sightseeing places and restaurants.

WORST EXPERIENCE, POOR MANAGEMENT, BAD ATTITUDE, PACK OF LIES , NOT HOTEL BUT MOTEL. They provided an extra bed in the room and said this is twin bed which is totally different from website. They refuse to admit they're wrong and force us to accept the room. Trust me, there's no reson to stay here. Lots of nice hotel in Hanoi.

This place was fantastic. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is right in the old quarter, but not super loud at night like it is in some places. The staff was so helpful as well. One of our friends had her luggage stuck in Bangkok. Kris at reception, who is very sweet and handsome, helped her figure out how to get it in time for our bus to our next destination.

First and foremost I would like to say a huge “thank you to Lena , Gam, Kris & Cona” for all the help and made us special throughout our stay in Hanoi Everyone are helpful and accommodating and answered all our questions…can’t say enough truly appreciated 🙏🏻 If we’re talking about value for money, this is the best hotel in Hanoi very close to everything so many locals restaurants, and If you booked for a tour it’s easy for hotel pick up around old quarters, And shopping areas for souvenirs ( make sure you have to bargain the price - if they don’t give a certain amount..just leave and say come next time ! Trust me 😃 they will give cheaper price you’re asking ) The rooms are clean, and spacious very comfortable bed, And don’t be missed the breakfast everything are delicious 😋 and the staff was truly amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi .. Thumps up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Super hospitable receptionist named Chris! He makes sure that our stay are well taken care of and assisted in our short respite to Sapa. Located near the old quarter, it is a must to stay and walking distance to all the nice eateries! Bed is comfortable and the hotel is clean! Will definitely stay there again the next time we are back to Hanoi! Thank you Chris and team for making the hotel a safe space for everyone!

Service is good. They help to keep our luggage when we were away to Sapa for 3 nights. Modern room.

The best service! The desk employee arranged 2 more tours for us. We are in the middle of one now, and it’s wonderful. He’s kept in touch, making sure the tour is going well. The hotel room was quiet(!!), well-appointed, and the complimentary breakfast was like dining in a nice restaurant. We plan to return there prior to leaving the country.

This hotel is my best decision in the whole trip to Hanoi. Location-wise, it is just perfect. It’s walkable to many famous restaurants (coffee, beef noodle and baguette). Traveling with my parents for 5 full days, I booked a family room from Hotel Esplendor, which is 35sqm with one double bed and two single beds, pretty spacious for us to open two big luggages at the same time. Shower and hot water are strong enough. The room has a sofa and one small table. Air con was very sufficient, which was very important in the hot Hanoi (we needed to the hotel for shower and break in the middle of the day). The hotel is very new, no complaints to all the hardware. What impress me the most are the two hotel front desk team members - Lena and a 18 year-old young boy. While most of the Vietnamese I encounter in the trip couldn’t speak English very well, both of their English are very fluent and good. They are also very helpful. Lena used WhatsApp to communicate with me and she was very responsive to all the questions I had. 18 year old boy was very cheerful, sunshine, keeping his smile all the time giving us a warm welcome feeling every time when we step into the hotel. Breakfast venue was very comfortable on the top 8th floor. I was ordering their pho every morning, don’t just pick food from the buffet area, order the dishes on menu! The hotel also offered airport pick up to hotel and hotel pick up to airport. Driver are pretty on time and price is actually similar to calling Grab. The hotel offered discount when I book return ways. This was also a good decision I made in the trip to order transfer through Esplendor, feeling more secured and safer. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to stay in Old Quarter in Hanoi!
