An amazing service, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, they helped me to prolong my stay when I thought it wasn’t possible. Btw I’m still staying here till tomorrow 😁

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very kind and welcoming especially the lovely girl who offered us free lychees while we waited in the lobby. The room was nice and spacious, though we occasionally heard some noise from the floor above. The location is perfect just a short walk to major attractions, great food spots, the lake, and the night market. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very strategic location, centrally located at Old Quarters. Front Office staff is friendly and courteous. Room size was great, bed was heavenly and shower was good.Breakfast spread was good and had a touch of local flavours.

The hotel was neat and clean. The interior of the room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. The hotel staffs were very cooperative. I would like to recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a cozy hotel with reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the city center. There are many bars, cafés, laundromats nearby, and the most delicious Bun Bo Nam Bo. The hotel has good sound insulation, so you can barely hear the street. It looks new. At first, we were checked into a room on the 2nd floor. But we almost immediately asked to move to a higher floor due to the smell and because we were staying for a long time. The next day, we were given a room on the 6th floor, which was more spacious. And it was an amazing room. We slept well there, the air conditioner was positioned perfectly and blew downward. On the 2nd floor, the AC blew directly on the bed, so we had to turn it off and sleep without it. It was stuffy and hot, and we barely slept. But we couldn’t sleep with the AC on either, as we would’ve gotten sick due to its position. On the 6th floor, the AC was thoughtfully installed. The room had a large bed, a soft blanket, drinking water, and a minibar. All the bathroom essentials were provided. Spacious shower. Everything was clean. Housekeeping came every day. The room had a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfasts were good — omelets, pho, buns, rice, noodles, fruit, even pancakes, and more. The only downside was that the air conditioners in the dining room were turned on too strong, and on the first day I got a stiff neck. On the following days, we asked to turn them down. There’s a massage service on the first floor, but we didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly. They opened doors, helped with luggage. We had previously stayed in a similar hotel in another part of the city, but it didn’t have the same level of care for guests as this one. It was very pleasant. They also called us a taxi to the airport and let us check out later for an extra fee, which was very convenient. Chris was always happy to see us and incredibly helpful and kind. We might return to this hotel again!

We arrived at 2am from airport and was able to check-in early. Very accommodating staff. With good interiors and near the OQ.

Hanoi is a very strange city, and has many secret amazing surprised but also some not so pleasant. I went there without a very specific plan and the staff from the front desk were very helpful at giving me ideas and suggestions whenever I asked them what I could do or where to go they will take out a map and show me where and how to go to different places. Great service!

The room was pretty clean, and the bathroom was clean too, though it might feel a bit small for some people. Overall, it was alright. There were a few things that bugged us during our stay, first was the construction noise, there was a construction site literally right next to our room. It got really loud during the day, but since we weren’t in the hotel much, it didn’t bother us too much. 2nd the AC, even with the AC set to the lowest temp 16°C, the room still felt warm. Our last night there was superrrrrrr hot, and we’re not really sure why. 3rd the lightingggggg, omg the room was a bit too dark for our liking. I had to use the bedside reading lights just to brighten things up a bit, which was kinda annoying.  At least they were kind enough to offer us transport to the airport for a cheaper price, which we really appreciated.

Hotel is in a convenient location in Old Quarter. Rooms are nice. The only setback is there is no gym corner.

I booked this hotel so last minute but they accomodated me so well!! They welcomed me in, gave us tips and recommendations for Hanoi, offered various services and the breakfast pho was so delicious. We got a free upgrade which we were so grateful for and the receptionist is so kind. The room was spacious and clean, and the fridge works great. It is right at the centre but our room was very peaceful and quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Such a nice hotel, small but really done in a tasteful way. Rooms are decorated nice and the front desk lady was super hopeful and polite. Location is central to the old town. It felt calm Inside and I had a good sleep. Breakfast was ok and some treats like pancakes and bacon was a good touch for a small hotel.
