Io e il mio collega abbiamo prenotato un appartamento con 2 camere da letto e siamo stati promossi a un appartamento con 3 camere da letto, anche se eravamo in 2. Le camere erano incredibilmente datate e l'odore all'interno dell'intero appartamento era terribile. Il materasso e la biancheria da letto erano più simili a quelli di un hotel a 2 stelle che a quelli di un hotel a 5 stelle (o 4 stelle). Sicuramente non torneremo.

Hotel ben posizionato e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Ho prenotato un'unità con 2 camere. I comfort erano eccellenti. Non lontano dalla zona del bar del treno.

Posizione centrale con servizi locali come minimarket, buoni ristoranti (giapponese e il suo Jasper Restaurant), bar all'interno dell'edificio. Il ristorante Pho è nella strada accanto, raggiungibile a piedi, e il Korean BBQ Restaurant è a 200 metri dall'hotel. Anche i servizi di pulizia per pulire le camere e portare via la spazzatura sono eccellenti. Il personale della reception è cordiale e pronto ad aiutare.

L'hotel potrebbe essere vecchio ma, cosa più importante, le camere sono spaziose e sembra di essere a casa. E pulite. La pulizia è molto importante per me. Le camere sono "enormi"! Adoro questa dimensione di oltre 80 mq, è così bello avere camere grandi una volta per tutte!! E i bagni sono puliti e grandi! La posizione è eccellente, è a circa 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio ma la posizione intorno all'hotel è buona: alcuni bei ristoranti e in genere molto meglio che soggiornare nella zona del quartiere vecchio che può essere un rischio.

The hotel totally surprised us with a free upgrade to a spacious 3-bedroom apartment! It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The receptionist and bell boy were super friendly and helpful. Checking out was a breeze too. Just a heads up, the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrush, shaving kit, or cotton pads. You might need to ask the receptionist if you need them.

Apartments and its fittings are pretty old but all the amenities are there and it’s comfortable and cosy. The service was warm and friendly and efficient. The supermarket just in the lobby is a big plus.

Spacious, clean & homey. Relatively in well-maintained condition including the ovens & ref. A bonus was the unexpected earlier-than-usual check-in, offered immediately upon our arrival, outstanding! Housekeeping is very polite & accommodating. The master bedroom A/C unit though needs a little tune-up as it felt warmer than the 18 degrees we set. Overall satisfied in our stay.

Booked a 2 bedroom executive suite. Very clean and spacious. Service was very good and attentive. At the 4th floor is the restaurant, gym, swimming pool and lounge with coffee & tea. Location was about 10 mins walking distance to the Old Quarter. Would recommend.

Very incompetent workers and staff. In our room 1304 the key card did not work, we told about the problem three times, the staff told us that they would fix the problem, but even by the evening of the first day the key did not work. We were with children and tired, but the staff did not even apologize. We had to ask for another room and move our things. I do not recommend this place only because of the inhumane staff. Extremely disappointed in Somerset and Ascott
