Beyond my expectations! On arrival, its exterior left a lot to be desired. That was my initial observation. The positive experience began from my check-in all throughout my 4N stay in the building. Customer service: For the most part, pleasantly delightful and polite! I’d like to commend the Operations Manager, Alex Wong for being courteous & polite for the duration of my stay. Cleanliness: Without a doubt, the BEST feature of this location. From the walkway to the room, the sight and smell was extremely pleasant! Facilities: I didn’t expect there to be a lot of facility in this building or at least had expected the offerings to be dingy & rundown. But NO, their swimming pool, gym, prayer room, function rooms were as top notch as can be. Amazing! This place was newly opened too so while works were carried out, for the most part the stay was incredibly positive! Highly, highly recommended choice of accommodation for your KL visit.

We had the most amazing stay here. The place is new so it was in pristine condition. When we first checked in, a few items were not yet set up. But Cllyrance, one of the staff was so helpful and very attentive to our needs. He settled our requests right away. Walking distance to pavilion and Bukit Bintang. Berjaya Times Square was very very near by car. The pool was clean and the view was superb! From our room we had a light display from the ts law tower. It was beautiful. They had a sky deck on level 60 where you can see the twin towers too. Definitely would stay here again! Wishing nothing but success!

Location is good, close to the main shopping area, just a 7-10 min walk. This is a new place (still under construction), so everything was new and clean, a big apartment complex with new amenities. While the place was good overall, a few things should improve. This is a serviced apartment with a washing machine and other appliances, however, there's no washing liquid, so cannot use the washing machine, and having to buy washing liquid during a short trip didn't make sense. The shampoo was very low quality, making the hair feel very oily, so we had to purchase our own, also the body soap was not refilled during our 4-day stay, no hand soap in the bathroom. There were 2 rooms, we slept in one and decided to keep our clothes in the other one, we had laid down all the clothes on that room's bed, however when cleaning the staff removed all the clothes and piled them up, while it's appreciated that they made sure to clean, this is the first time I see this happening on any hotel.

Cleanliness: they forget to take used towel from washroom. So, we removed this ourselves. The cleaner came in our unit after we went out and took away all unused towel. This is really unacceptable. Location is good but finding main entrance is a challenges. The Malay reception is very helpful and guide us all the way. The room only has 1 dustbin and without hair dryer.

Very new condo, some part under construction. A guy jux enter my flat without informing, say internet problem and was **** by me. My gf n her sister was staying with me in a 2 bedroom apartment.

I had the pleasure of staying at this newly opened apartment complex, which has only been welcoming guests for two weeks. The entire building is modern and pristine, with all apartments freshly renovated. I was fortunate enough to stay on the 52nd floor, where I enjoyed an incredible view of the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the 10th-floor park, which is a perfect spot to take a leisurely stroll or relax in one of the hammocks. The complex also offers a range of amenities, including a pool, gym, and a playground—ideal if you’re traveling with children. Additionally, I highly recommend going up to the 60th floor to catch the sunrise or sunset. The panoramic view of the city, including Kuala Lumpur, is absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy and truly felt like a home away from home. I also want to extend a special thank you to the manager, Alex Wong, who provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. If you’re looking for a fresh and inviting place to stay with outstanding amenities, I highly recommend this complex. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

環境：位置還不錯，離Alor Street打車起步價就到 設施：我們訂的兩室一廳，在這個價位下沒得説 衞生：中規中矩，有很大提升空間。第一晚入住的時候洗衣機裏上一名住客的襪子還落了一衹，第二晚衞生間的地墊是濕的 服務：入住第一晚前台小哥去上廁所了，我們沒找到人給我們辦入住，還好攜程客服很專業，很快幫我們聯繫上了。入住的時候按金每間房300RM，衹能現金，但是前台服務卡片上説的是可以用信用卡。 整體來説我們因為是出差，要求沒有那麼高，這家的性價比也是很不錯的，加上沒有語言障礙，所以還算順利。如果是情侶出行的話並不太推薦

這是我全球住過最差的公寓，我當時訂了4晚，可第一晚就覺得不行，想把後面三晚退了，攜程客服也介入了。可公寓方就是不退，那怕多扣一晚， 第一，我住的兩房，晚上洗澡水壓低。低到你根本沒法洗，還有裏面房間洗澡沒熱水，也跟前台反應了，沒人理，住了4天，每次都需要喊他們來搞衞生，不然，沒有人給你搞衞生，公寓提供了洗衣機，竟然連洗衣液和洗衣粉也沒有，前台設在一樓，平時前台也沒人。也沒有電話。太垃圾了，最後攜程給我8.5折，給了4百多現金券。

之前以為這個就是那種普通的公寓，一開始還是比較抗拒，沒想到原來吉隆坡還有這種服務和品質的環境，比酒店更懂得客户關懷。用心的服務，真誠的接待，異國他鄉這種親切感確實不容易！👍👍

超級滿意，前台的ALEX WONG多次及時響應解決問題，很感謝，房間很乾凈，所有電器都是嶄新的。 60樓可以看雙子塔。步行十分鐘到柏威年。打車到KL中環廣場也很便宜。

位置很好去pavillion trx都很方便，大樓還很新，不過停車場可能很多人都會不知道在哪裡就需要問一下，60樓還可以看到整個視野的吉隆坡

酒店的位置特別好👏，走路就去了pavilion和trx，超級方便！！住的trx景觀房間景觀也很好！服務超級nice！樓頂的景觀也很美！👍👍

來了吉隆坡好多次，第一次住這裏，沒想到這麼這種這麼隔壁就是高級商場景點的地方有這麼景觀和特別是這麼好服務酒店公寓。[強][強][強][強]

這價格住這樣的房源也太物超所值了，簡單又漂亮的風格是我非常喜歡的。地理位置更是在中心裏不過如果你想在假日來就一定會塞車。 如果你想來休息幾天保在房裡也是個非常舒適的享受，非常值得讚賞的服務人員一聽見我説沒了沐浴露洗髮水立馬就送來這點非常的棒🎉 冷氣非常的冷，夜景非常的美這裏的一切真的讓我有種沖動不想回去，下次的旅程一定再次預訂回這房源。
