Soggiorno di tre notti e siamo stati benissimo. Dopo le intense visite ai siti storici in un clima torrido, il tempo in piscina è stato super bello. Tutto il personale parla un buon inglese per supportare gli ospiti ed è cordiale. Una semplice colazione con frutta fresca andava bene per iniziare la giornata. L'hotel non ha riconosciuto la mia prenotazione su Trip.com quando sono arrivato, ma contemporaneamente hanno risolto il problema della sistemazione della camera. Posizione accessibile con Tuktuk alla zona delle strade dei pub e al punto di imbarco degli autobus per Phnom Penh. C'erano molte zanzare nella stanza. Assicurati di spruzzare lo spazio nell'angolo prima di andare a dormire. Lenzuola pulite e camera spaziosa. E' stato bene in generale. Il nome dell'hotel, Residence 1960, non era registrato sull'app Grab. Se utilizzi l'app Grab, devi utilizzare il nome dell'hotel sulla carta.

The front desk is friendly and the hotel service is very good

Is a nice place, the location is a little hard to find, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.

Personnel très agréable. L'hotel offre des services comme trouver des touk touk pour faire le tour des temples d'angkor à un prix normal mais dans un confort exceptionnel car ceux qu'ils ont sélectionnés sont neuf et les chauffeurs parlent anglais). En plus il est prevu une glacière remplie de bouteilles d'eau gratuites qu'on peut prendre tout le long de la journée (on en boit entre 5 et 10 chacun)....

服務很好，房間也挺大，泳池小但很乾凈，比較精緻的酒店；早餐比較單調，蚊子非常多，位置有點偏，不太好找，離熱鬧的市區大概要有1.5公里。

This is a fantastic value for the price. This resort is run by very friendly and helpful locals. You will not find a better value for this price point. This is a traditional Khmer home that was developed with an adjoining hotel. The shower is hot and welcome as the place we stayed in before was twice the price with a cold shower. Because of the lower price point there have been difficult beg packer guests expecting too much and wanting to pay nothing. In my opinion that is the reason for some retaliatory reviews.

It was a really good stay for our honeymoon! The pool was nice en the room super deluxe! Special thanks to Ravy who maked our stay complete :) Also the breakfast was really good with some juices, toast and eggs just the way you want them! So overall, really good!

I arrived late on the afternoon on my 64th birthday. Staff had arrange to pick me up and had contacted me that morning which was a great relief after a long day of Travel. From the moment I arrived the staff Tha Srey Phan and Ravy have treated me like I was family . It was like being at home I am so impressed I cannot thank them all enough. Mr D the manager of Team has been very accommodating and I extended my stay because of the wonderful atmosphere and service here at Residence 1960. I consider myself blessed to have discovered Residence 1960 and all of the staff. Ravy's laugh is especially infectious. I will be back and would love to bring my family to see my second home.

We loved staying here for a week whilst we explored the Angkor Temples and the other attractions and museums Siem Reap has to offer. Nice pool, friendly staff, good breakfast and my favourite part being the decor. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

OK first of all this is not a 4* hotel, it's a 3* at best. I'll start with the staff who are absolutely lovely, smiley, and helpful. The food served there is very good and I would recommend eating there. Breakfast is good and served up from 6.30 till 10am. The pool is clean, just a little small. We booked a family room, 106 and it is on the ground floor. It was very dark, the AC did not work and the WiFi also did not work in the room. Thankfully when I brought this to their attention we were given a different room 497. Again the rooms are basic enough, not 4*,also there was no fridge in the room. We were heading off for the day and I asked for a fridge to be placed in the room and the drinks to be put in so we had chilled drinks when we came back 6 hours later. This was not done which was annoying. There are also many small rises on the floor which trip up all of us and stubbed toes.!! The hotel is situated down a small road so buses cannot access it, so be prepared to have to walk 100m to the hotel. You will also have to get a Tuk Tuk onto town as is a good 20mins to walk in. $4 gets you in and out. Overall, this is not a bad hotel, the staff are great, it's just a bit rough around the edges.

Hotel and stuff was awesome. Everyone really friendly and kind, also the rooms are really clean and we had a really nice stay there. They can also prepare for you trips to the temples and many more, also the food was pretty good. Pool was beautiful. We felt so good there that we extend our stay there for another 6 days.

This hotel is beautiful nice decorations look like nature. The staff was very friendly and helpful,they help us a lot and provide clearly information about hotel and what to do in the siem reap province. The breakfast really delicious especially swimming pool really love it, highly recommend.

The best hotel best service and the food is delicious 😋 Beautiful Room style🤗 Lovely stay friendly staff. Help full and the pool is the best part of this Hotel. Breakfast is nice. angkor what is amazing you should not miss it. I will be back to this hotel.
