Pros: very clean room that has everything you need. Lots of restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the old town. The front desk staff was nice.  Cons: there was a mild staled cigarette smell in the non-smoking room that we booked. The room is a little too compact with limited storage space.

Hotel well situated nearby the old city. Friendly welcome and helpful people at the reception. Nice room, good breakfast (if you like Chinese breakfast). We asked for a late checkout and although we had the impression that the manager didn’t like it too much, we got much more than we ever had expected (we could stay until 08:00 pm), which was really a luxury.

房間整體感覺還不錯，有暖氣有空調，還挺暖和的，前台服務好，給我免升房型還給我送了水果，房間也很乾凈，衞生做的很好，再説停車免費，酒店門口就有停車場，大廳很好看，早餐也好吃，服務也很棒，特別滿意！

鄰近喀什古城東門和高台民居，位置安靜，酒店附近有很多食肆，很方便，員工服務態度親切，早餐豐富，惟一美中不足是沒有咖啡供應，只得豆漿和牛奶，作為旅客，酒店每天早餐一杯咖啡更能令客人感覺美好，希望能改善

酒店停車場很大，停車也是免費的，酒店建築風格挺 特色的，國風建築，前台的服務很熱情，還送了歡迎水果，房間衞生也做的很好很乾凈，走的時候還送我一個紀念品，古城冰箱貼，太棒了，是一次非常不錯的旅行.

酒店地理位置優越，位於喀什古城東門附近，門前是停車場，周邊很多酒店。前台的A和其他小姐姐們態度非常好，幫忙升級了房型，晚上回到房間看到還有果盤贈送。第二天離店前在大堂等家人，一位小哥哥主動倒了一杯花茶，謝謝你們。房間乾淨，清新，安靜，配置了加濕器，早餐品種很多，吃飽吃好沒問題。性價比很高的酒店，推薦入住體驗。

酒店有點柳永的小情調，離古城不遠，周圍酒店雲集，房間整體很乾凈，設施齊全，住這裏去哪裡都方便，連住兩晚，早餐種類不多，但是牛肉麪好吃，水果也豐富，性價比還是蠻高的

床墊和枕頭睡着十分舒適，乾濕分離很好，早餐也很不錯，服務很好，不管幾點上下樓，前台人員看到了都會打招呼。如果鏡子前有一圈燈光就好了，而不是在頭頂，燈光打到臉上説實話化粧的時候看着是不太方便的～美中不足的就是智能語音有點小遲鈍…

酒店距離古城非常近，步行就能過去，停車比較方便，入住很快，因為我們一開始訂的房間空間比較小，後來幫我們免費升級了他們這邊最好的房間，房間很乾凈，做的也是乾濕分離，全屋智能特別好，感謝今天在前台酒店員工A的幫助，大家的服務都很熱情，非常推薦他們家！！！

酒店這邊停車方便，辦理入住也很快，房間衞生很乾凈，酒店服務也非常好，很熱情，特別感謝前台小姐姐A的熱情服務，因為我們的送機時間沒有跟酒店的送機時間符合，單獨給我們叫了車，特別感謝！ 早餐種類比較多，房間內的瓶裝水隨便喝管夠。

酒店位置特別好，就在古城對面，出行很方便，前台的小姐姐服務也特別熱情貼心，他們家還有免費的接送機服務，這一點特別好，來到酒店，環境很美，國潮風的裝修，給人感覺很舒適，一進大門就看到了特色漢服和特色民族服飾，入住客人還可以免費穿到古城拍照，房間衞生也很好，第二天要早起出發趕不上吃早餐，還貼心的準備了路早，以後有朋友來也會推薦他們家的！

優點：位置很好在古城旁邊，房間是中式風格，很有特色，服務也很好 缺點：有的房間電視不是正對床，很少見這種户型，另外所住的房間煙味很重，因為滿房，不能換房間，被迫吸了一晚上二手煙。

旅遊景點附近的酒店本來就不能太高要求，特別為加盟業主抱不平，小度智能基本失智，10次有一次正確迴應；電吹風肯定是強迫業主採購的，淘寶上50元的電吹風也比它好用。但是我還是要給5分，這是因為酒店前台的幾個小姑娘的貼心服務拯救了一切。讓小別姑娘送個毛巾，一分鐘就到；小麥姑娘幾次幫忙安排因為封路不能來酒店的維族司機。她們個個都非常熱情，非常重視客人的事情，讓我不能介意酒店的設施了。
