1/5 stelle - Soggiorno estenuante Abbiamo trascorso 6 notti in questo hotel e alla fine del nostro soggiorno eravamo esausti. I rumori dell'IndianTemple accanto, che includevano i rituali quotidiani di campane e tamburi delle 7.30 e delle 17.30, hanno avuto un impatto negativo sul nostro sonno e sul nostro benessere generale. A peggiorare le cose, le lenzuola erano scadenti. Molte erano logore e alcune avevano delle macchie scolorite. Era chiaro che l'hotel non aveva dato priorità alla manutenzione della lavanderia. Un altro problema che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la fornitura incoerente di acqua in bottiglia. In alcuni giorni, abbiamo ricevuto le 2 bottiglie standard, mentre in altri, abbiamo dovuto richiederle alla reception. Quel che è peggio, le nostre richieste sono state accolte con domande, come se stessimo cercando di approfittare dell'hotel. Questa mancanza di fiducia è stata inquietante e ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo noi quelli che venivano esaminati. Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno è stato deludente e non possiamo consigliare questo hotel a nessuno.

Better than expected quality of the place for the price. Clean, comfortable, great location in Chinatown

Great superb location, walking distance to Central Market, Petaling Street, Dataran Merdeka and of course 1min walking to LRT MRT Pasar Seni.

I think this hotel really value for money. Location just beside pasar seni LRT station really convenient. However i had one problem it is really noisy. Not sure from where the noise come from but i heard people talking so loud at my floor.

Hotel room is clean. Strategic location. China Town is nearby. Many terminals are nearby, like rapid bus, MRT, Komuter and Rapid LRT.

Receptionist was not around when we reached the hotel. Waited more than 10 minutes though the signage states will be back by 10 minutes. When he came back , he pulled a long face and showed us the signage. Late in the afternoon, we get the key and were shocked that door swing lick were broken,mirror bottom were cracked and water heater hose leaked. We will worried that we might get electricuted while shower because water and electricity is joined together. Blanket and towel were grey colour instead of regular white . Toliet door key were dented. It caused my skins gets allergy and we shorten our stay by 3 days instead. Supposed to checked out on 23/5/24 but we checked out on 20/5/24. Very disappointed and will not recommend!!!

The room is clean and spacious (I took the deluxe room). Value for money. The location is great as it’s next to the LRT and the popular spots in Chinatown. The reception staff are friendly.  Being next to the LRT has its pro and con. It can be really noisy when it’s operating. I have no problem with that as I don’t spend a lot of time in the room and isn’t a light sleeer.

Good location in Chinatown and near the train station. A lot of restaurant is easily find.

Location very strategic but the room has minimum amenities. No drinking water refill. Staffs are friendly & helpful.

The check is process is smooth, and the room also better but soo much noise comes from outside not comfortable to sleep due to high noises.

Location are nice, city center, Nearby easy to get public transport

I recently booked a two-night stay at this hotel but ended up only staying one night. While the area feels relatively fine during the day, it becomes quite unsettling at night. There were numerous homeless individuals hanging around who appeared to be under the influence of *****, making me uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. Despite the hotel being just a stone’s throw away from the Pasar Seni LRT station, I was too scared to walk back there after my first night, so I ended up staying at a friend’s place instead. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a safe and pleasant experience, especially after dark. There are definitely better options nearby.

If you think about location it’s the best place to be, China town and central market is just minutes away and the hotel is right opposite to the pasta semi LRT so easy travel everywhere. But it’s hard to say the hotel service is not good. We were only given towels after we asked and it was dirty and also the toilet roll was given once. AC doesn’t work as it should. There is also a $10 charge per night which sometimes they don’t mention. Overall I wouldn’t chose this one again.
