Esperienza eccellente nel centro storico di Hanoi. Customer service veramente ottimo. Unico neo: wifi debole e intermittente nelle camere

Nel complesso soddisfatto. L'accoglienza alla reception è stata calorosa. Anche il servizio di pulizia è molto buono. Anche la posizione è molto buona. Ci vogliono cinque minuti per raggiungere a piedi il lago Hoan Kiem. Ma prenditi del tempo per trovare un po’ di pace e tranquillità. Nessun rumore. Anche l'auto noleggiata dall'hotel per l'aeroporto è molto economica, circa 35k. Tuttavia, nella città vecchia, le camere sono un po' piccole, quindi non c'è niente da fare.

Questo hotel era perfetto in tutto: posizione, pulizia, servizio, condizioni delle camere. Ero così felice di trovare un hotel di cui sono rimasto molto soddisfatto l'ultimo giorno. La piscina era molto bella e la camera era pulita senza alcun inconveniente, quindi era ancora meglio.

È al livello di un hotel domestico a quattro stelle, la colazione è nella media ed è un hotel di recente apertura. Ma i commessi parlano tutti inglese. Nel centro storico l'ambiente circostante è rumoroso, ma i luoghi di interesse turistico del centro storico sono relativamente vicini.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room is clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning if we ever go back to Hanoi!

We really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

This is an excellent hotel that is recommended- very clean. Food for breakfast and dinner is super delicious. Ambience is good in the restaurant. Nice Christmas decorations and their staff are super helpful like volunteer to help you contact the travel agency if they observed you waiting at lobby for sometime. Nice swimming pool too. Was allowed to leave luggage for a night when going to Halong bay cruise.

Very nice hotel choice for Hanoi. Very good service and excellent location. Outstanding breakfast buffet. They helped us send a bag to Ho Chi Minh City for our next stop so we didn’t have to pay to check it at the airport, and they got us an uber on our way out so we didn’t get scammed by a cab driver. Very nice rooms, nice place to stay.

Everything was so amazing during our stay - the staff was so polite and helpful. Sunny was a staff member that really helped us during our stay and made it feel so comfortable. My dad’s birthday is tomorrow but on our last day at the hotel, they prepared a birthday cake for him. Even if my parents bought fruit, they will help us by storing it in their staff fridge and bring it to us when we wanted it. They really went above and beyond during our stay. Would definitely highly recommend staying at ClassyC hotel.
