Very clean and located in old town center, very convenient. Breakfast is good, only inner window to deduct a bit of total score.

Great service mind of the night shift staff on April 12 impressed us. As we have to leave Ha Noi to Sa Pa in the early morning (6:30AM), she proposed us prepared breakfast boxes to take on the bus. How cute!!

Hotel is good, location in old town is great, service is nice. Food is  ok

Location is good, in the middle of lots of eateries. Cars can’t enter on weekend, got to Walk in after drop off. Room is small but clean

Excellent value hotel. Great staff and service. I was given some good restaurant recommendations by Tracy. Room was small but had everything I needed, it was clean and comfortable.

Super value for money. The bed is super comfortable, location is convenient within the old quarter. Room is very clean, staff is very very nice

The hotel staff was amazing. They were really helpful with everything we needed. The bathroom was alright. It is walking distance to a lot of the tourist spots as well, definitely convenient

We stayed here for 3 nights in the junior suite. The place was fine. Nothing exceptional tbh. The location is convenient. Not too far from outside old quarter which is handy to coordinate pickup for activities outside old quarter. Also not super far from the lake etc. in center of old quarter. That said we did get quite a bit of walk during out time here. Room was fine. A bit smaller than what it looked like in photos. Nothing too bad. Breakfast is basic . We decided to skip it one of the days over the lovely local food. Service was okay . For some reason it was clumsy to get an extra access card. The staff was kind to offer us a couple of magnets when we checked out.

The room was too small but with the price range, nothing to complain.
