Zimmer und Frühstück entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war sauber - das Bad etwas sehr eng bemessen. SPA war soweit auch gut - etwas glitschige Platten im Aussenbereicht. ABER: Beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Lift ausgefallen sei, und am Wochenende keine Reparatur erfolgen würde. Wir, beide nicht mehr ganz jung, hatten unser Zimmer im 4. Stock. Zwar wurde uns Hilfe beim Koffertragen angeboten, aber das Treppenhaus hatte in einer Etage ziemlich kriminell enge, kurze Stufen - nicht gerade ideal. Zudem habe ich gemerkt, dass beim Lift auf allen Stockwerken das Rufknopf-Panel ausgebaut war. Im Parterre fehlt die Etagenanzeige, ebenfalls ausgebaut. Nach einem kurzen Lift-Ausfall sah das Ganze nicht aus - da hätte ein Schild gereicht, allenfalls hätte der Hauptschalter ausgeschaltet werden können. Ich vermute, der Lift war schon lönger defekt, und wird es auch noch eine Weile bleiben? Bei der Abreise hat uns ein anderer Gast berichtet, dass es noch einen funktionierenden Personallift gegeben hätte. Davon hat man uns wohl bewusst nichts gesagt. Dies finde ich eine Zumutung. Ich gehe davon aus, dass es nicht die Schuld der Receptionistin war - sie hatte wohl ihre Weisungen. In der Beschreibung des Hotels hätte man klar aufzeigen können, das der PP CHF 6 pro Tag kostet und auch noch die Kurtaxen direkt im Hotel eingezogen würde. Vielleicht steht es irgendwo - dann allerdings gut zu überlesen. Alles in allem war der Preis recht hoch - für Weggis vermutlich im üblichen Rahmen.

Albergo molto bello sulle rive del Lago dei Quattro Cantoni con la vista spettacolare sul Pilatus , montagna che sovrasta Lucerna . Camera superior spaziosa e pulitissima . Letto comodo , bagno pulitissimo con doccia spaziosa . Buona l’idea di dare delle capienti borse per andare in Spa , anch’essa pulitissima con piscina esterna riscaldata , saune , bagno turco ecc. da fare rigorosamente senza costume da bagno . Colazione ottima e ricca di prodotti locali. Anche il ristorante offre ottimi piatti .

Molto buona la posizione, tranquilla e vicina al centro e ai mezzi pubblici (anche il battello). Pulizia perfetta e camere confortevoli. Anche la SPA ben organizzata, l’unico punto a sfavore è la mancanza di controllo per le persone che entrano nei servizi in costume (visto che è prevista la zona non tessile). Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ombrelli a disposizione e acqua o prosecco offerto fino alle 17:00 nella hall. Pecca: parcheggio a 6.— al giorno nonostante il soggiorno presso di loro. Al ristorante della sera si mangia discretamente, non c’è tanta scelta. Colazione abbondante e variata.

Ottima accoglienza, camera e servizi molto puliti, ricca colazione a buffet con di tutto e di più, anche per vegani. Spa e piscina molto carine,. Anche il ristorante merita. Esperienza da consigliare, ne vale molto la pena

Quiet, immaculate, and blissful simplicity makes this hotel a perfect place to stay when visiting the quaint and beautiful village of Weggis. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The comfortable pillows and beds offer a good night's sleep after a full day of sightseeing and hopping on and off the ferry and train. Breakfast was fabulous - an assortment of bread, fresh cheeses, yogurt selection, an assortment of well-selected meat, fresh and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit juices, and good coffee. We will surely use them again when visiting the area in the future! Highly recommended!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on our trip. The hotel is in an excellent location, 50 meters from the lake, a beautiful place, nice to walk around. Everyone who helped us at the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast was good, fresh juices, several options of cold cuts, yogurts, etc. We got the largest room, with a small living room, because we had to work even on vacation, so the room suited us very well. Automatic curtains, coffee maker, wardrobe, a spacious bathroom, with the only criticism being that there was a plastic curtain in the shower area. My wife was delighted with the Dyson hair dryer. The bed was too soft for my taste, I sank into the bed. In hotels it is not advisable to use a very soft bed, as it only pleases a small portion of the guests. The parking is on the street and there are few spaces. Of the 3 daily parking, I was only able to park in front of the hotel for one day, the other days I had to park in the public parking lot, which is about a 10-minute walk away. It's been years since I've stayed in a hotel this clean. Everything was clean, inside the wardrobe, on top of the wardrobe, windows, balcony, places that are usually not clean... 10 out of 10. We will visit this hotel again.

Excellent food very slow service. My wife and I had a most delicious dinner at this establishment, but three and half hours is too long and that is without deserts and coffee. They should not accept walk in customers once they reach their maximum capacity. Compliments to the chef. The two waitress did their best under the circumstances.

I loved this hotel! I didn’t go to the spa as we were passing through on our way home from Lake Como in Italy but we will be back! Loved Weggis, what a lovely little place and quiet even though there was a music festival on. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony view and it was stunning. The balcony was a good size, the view was priceless. The air conditioning was reasonable and bed very comfy with lovely towels too! Breakfast was very good.

Hotel located in Weggis, a quiet area, close to the water, and therefore the water taxi into beautiful Lucerne. The area offers local eateries on the water with a view of the Swiss Alps. Hotel rooms are on the modern side, the breakfast was fabulous, and the spa was a great addition after a day of traveling! Traveled throughout central Europe, Switzerland was the favorite!

Location was a short (＜ 10 minute) walk from the boat dock. No view of the lake from the hotel but the lake was only a couple of minutes away). Prosecco at check-in. Room was a bed + sofabed. No air conditioning but the room did have a built-in ceiling fan which greatly helped but we were unable to keep the fan on all day. Town is small anyway and the location was convenient so that was good. Breakfast spread was quite good -- press your own orange juice, make your own waffles, the broadest cheese offerings we saw, great local yogurt, etc. Would we stay again? Maybe.

Die Gerichte sind ein Traum, regionale und Saisonale Produkte werden verwendet. Fachkundiges Service Team, Zimmer sauber und top ausgestattet. Der Empfang an der Rezeption herzlich und kompetent. Ein toller Aufenthalt. Wellness Bereich Besuch sehr empfehlenswert.
