Outstanding service and staff hospitality but the hotel can do with better upkeep and maintenance. The latch on the bathroom door was loose, the toilet roll holder was shaky, the door sometimes took time to open with the electronic key, the internet was patchy and there was a big wet patch on the ceiling of our room, obviously a leak from the room above. The room is also not very noise proof so street noise comes in. The food at their restaurant was also disappointing with so many better options for lunch and dinner in the area

Super amazing stay with a brilliant location; Everything you needed within walking distance. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome.

Nice boutique hotel... the staffs are nice n friendly. Lots of delicious local food around the hotel.

Had intense renovation in the lobby during the one night we stayed but they said it should be completed in a week. Pros: Loved the decor of the rooms and everything was clean and comfortable. The recommendations the staff gave us were great picks and they were very friendly. Stored our luggage for the day after we checked out. Bathrooms were clean and offered toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, etc. Cons: The hallways were a little bit dusty and didn't match how the insides of the room felt. They made it seem as if breakfast was free but we went up and it was not free and not a buffet like the photos might suggest. Otherwise, I would probably still stay again as the location is great, close to some great coffee shops, the lake, and the bus stop to the airport. Definitely can't complain for the price!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was greeted warmly and the staff was very accommodating. My room was very clean and comfortable, so I immediately felt very comfortable there. The breakfast was tasty and cheap. I met the most friendliest staff. You can tell that the employees care a lot about customer satisfaction. As a solo traveler I can only recommend the hotel.

Lokasi ok. Breakfast lengkap menunya. Staff hotel ramah. Kamar luas, air condition yang banyak debu (lihat foto). Sprei kasur ada sobekan-sobekan (lihat foto).

Personel miły pomocny. Śniadanie słabe bardzo mały wybór. Pokój mały ale łóżko wygodne łazienka w miarę czysta. Pościel i ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko do night marketu sklepu lokalnego Circle. Generalnie polecam.

一泊だけでしたが、立地もよく、清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。 フロントの女性がとても親切で、ベトナムに対してとてもいい思い出が出来ました。

Harga sangat terjangkau dengan lokasi yang strategis. Hotel 2 kamar yang sangat nyaman. Cocok bepergian dengan teman. Harga sudah termasuk breakfast dan breakfastnya enak

짐 옮겨주는 Jack 친절하고, 리셉션 직원들이 친절합니다. 공항 택시 예약 가능하고 빨래 kg당 4만동입니다. 야시장 걸어서 5분거리이지만, 교통통제 바깥이라 택시 이용 가능합니다.

2023年５月に予約していたのに当日着いて印刷したバウチャーも見せたのに予約がないといわれ別のホテルを紹介された
