Very nice hotel and breakfast buffet !!! Nice location close the sea shore. Good service at lobby.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, sin embargo nuestra habitación daba vista hacia la ciudad , en la zona hay muchos bares que cierran hasta tarde y nuestra ventana no cerraba bien por lo que el ruido no dejo dormir hasta las 4:00 am

Muy buen hotel, excelente servicio y ubicacion

Fui en temporada algo baja octubre y todo de maravilla, en recepción y al entregarme la habitación súper rápido, todo muy limpio y muy atentos, las habitaciones no son las más grandes pero están bien🤝🏼

Bonito lugar, el check in mal servicio porque no desocupaban habitaciones

The property is amazing. The view from the pool is spectacular! The staff is very attentive. Our only issues are, if you book a city view be prepared to be up all night. There are 2 clubs. One in front of the hotel and 1 next door. The music is extremely loud.Sometimes till 2am or 4am.Then the traffic starts around 6am.Then housekeeping starts and they have the loudest vacuum in the world It sounds like they are literally in your room. Pay the extra amount for an Oceanview!

The only negative was the club music from across the street at night. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

It took us 2 hours to deliver the room after check-in time. Many of us were in the same situation, too many annoying guests. everything else is 4 stars.

Stay was for one week in full suite. Beautiful ocean view, nice clean pool area, comfortable spa center. Reasonably priced for good sized room. Friendly staff and our cleaning girl Rosario did a wonderful job. Good location, central to everything in Mazatlan. Con’s - Check in was poor as room was not ready for 4pm, had to wait while it was cleaned. Room balcony glass was never cleaned ever and obstructed view. Ceiling in our bedroom cracked open and leaked water in front of our bed from the floor above us. Woke us up from dripping sound multiple times. Had to live with a towel on our floor to soke up the water. Asked front desk to fix multiple times, hope it’s better for next people. Door handle on balcony door was broken, asked front desk to fix, no one fixed it. A microwave would be nice for the suites or at the very least one in the hotel public area to use since staff did not want to share restaurant one. Evening is a bit noisy from other hotels music, it was ok for me but could bother some guests. Breakfast Buffet was good, only feedback would be for the price I would have liked more meat than just diced cold ham in the buffet, bacon or sausage would be nice. Dinner and drink menu has a small selection, also small portion size for price compared to other places. Overall I liked and enjoyed my stay at the Double Tree and would recommend others stay here. It was what I was looking for. That said obviously there’s room for improvement.

Hotel pools were nice some of the tiling in pool needs some repairs. Beach was gorgeous! The sunsets from the balcony of our ocean view room were beautiful. The room smelled of mildew or mold so if your allergic to mold not the place to stay. There was pink mold and black mold in the shower too.

Convenient to bus line to get downtown (Sabalo Centro). Staff were great. We had small issue with check in and they more than made it up to us.
