Bellissimo appartamento moderno nel centro della città con molti servizi nei dintorni. L'host ci ha accolto molto calorosamente, ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto facile. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti.

l'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole. il centro commerciale è all'interno dell'edificio, quindi è facile per noi trovare qualcosa da mangiare. il proprietario ci ha accolto, ci ha aiutato a fare il check-in e ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Lo adoriamo, amiamo il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente. spero che tu faccia un ottimo affare. Grazie

Location was fantastic. Very convenient as there was a mall and supermarket on the lower floors and Starbucks on the ground floor. The room was clean and came with washing machine and detergent which saves time trying to search around for a laundromat. Suitable for families with kids.

This is a brand-new residential homestay offering spacious accommodations. Each unit includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a living room, a full-sized refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer. The hotel agent was friendly and always accommodating.

The staff is very friendly and kind enough to let us check-in early. The room is spacious and comfortable.

I had a business trip in Vietnam and spent 1 day in Hanoi. Although I didn't have much time here, the apartment made me very satisfied. Fully furnished and equipped. The host who guided me was very enthusiastic and funny, one could say he was professional. I hope to have the opportunity to come back here. Introducing this place to everyone

I would highly recommend this apartment as an alternative to traditional hotels. It is well equipped (Kitchen has plenty of dishes, etc.); it was absolutely clean upon arrival; they readied it early for me (at no additional charge); it has laundry onsite .... and a bathtub. TV in the Living Room has built in apps (Netflix, etc); TV in bedroom doesn't, but I simply plugged in my Roku that I always travel with. WiFi worked great - no issues (I work remotely online). Convenient location without being in the 'Old Quarter' means that local food, etc. is readily available (easy walks) at far lower costs (and less annoying pressure) than in the Old Quarter. A 'shave' in the Old Quarter was 200k VND; in this area, it was 30k VND ... same goes for food, etc. Convenient walk to Japanese bar area if that's your thing), and to nighttime 'quan seafood and bia hoi' places. The only note is that the swimming pool is not available for 'short term' rentals (only long term residents); however, that was a minor thing. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful - any questions, reach out and he will definitely help. Thanks.

Overall good stay experience. There was a bit of issue in one bathroom (smells due to no ventilation).
