Ho prenotato questa proprietà perché è vicina a casa del mio amico. Non sapevo che fosse un appartamento con servizi. Quindi non aspettatevi il servizio di pulizia della stanza. Il check-in non è stato all'altezza degli standard rispetto ad altre strutture. Sono stato promosso a un appartamento con una camera da letto, ma in termini di disposizione e dimensioni... è solo che la zona giorno nel mio appartamento è chiaramente definita. L'appartamento, pur essendo nuovo e pulito, ho avuto la sensazione che i servizi non fossero purtroppo all'altezza. Ho trovato l'appartamento molto molto essenziale e tuttavia alcune necessità di base non erano fornite. L'angolo cottura non era affatto ben attrezzato. Come un set di bacchette e un cucchiaio e una forchetta. La stanza normale del mio amico aveva sei set di piatti e utensili... Il bagno era davvero essenziale. Bagnoschiuma e shampoo e un sapone per le mani... Tutto qui. Niente asciugamani, né fazzoletti. Abbiamo dovuto chiederli. Suggerisco alle pulizie di essere più coerenti e attente.

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare, ospitato da bamboo hospitality e per caso era lo stesso host del mio precedente soggiorno nelle vicinanze. Stacy è fantastica, risponde alle domande e mi ha dato chiare istruzioni per il check-in. All'arrivo, ho scoperto che il personale delle pulizie aveva dimenticato gli asciugamani, Stacy ha risposto e ha risolto subito il problema. È una donna disponibile e super gentile, non vedo l'ora di incontrarla di persona.

The reception service was bad and the management charged you for the wear and tear in the room which was unacceptable. We were asked to pay RM500 for the sofa which had a broken stool. The funny thing was we informed the reception about the broken stool the day we checked out and we were told that if we told them the day before we will not be charged and since we only informed them when we check out we are liable to pay for the damages which was a ridiculous excuse. NOT EVER GOING TO STAY AT THIS POORLY RUN PLACE AGAIN.

Very nice and well located precinct. The counter in-charge two of them were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Bamboo Hospitality which hosted my stay was amazing! My room was as complete as it could be with a functional washer/dryer, TV with Chromecast, refrigerator, two aircon units, working stove and microwave oven. All of which were fully functional and seemingly brand new. The room was also beautiful and clean with some nice and unobstructed views! There is an option for daily cleaning which is much appreciated. Towels, utensils, plates, pots, and other amenities were brand new and very clean. The pool, gym, sky lounge, and other rooms in the building are also very clean and well maintained. The lobby is very nice and safe with very friendly guards and hosts you can speak to anytime! I would like to do a special shout-out for Sohil (hopefully I spelled your name correctly) who was a very nice host and extremely friendly! Highly recommend this place even if it's just for him!!

It exceeded my expectations! And Stacy was an amazing host to top that. Will definitely return when I’m in town. Highly recommended

If staying in this property, the host will give a prenotice how you prepare before arrival. Generally I would recommend this except the host does not show up at all times such as an airbnb and someone the host sent will assist you not promptly. Thanks.

Studio rooms was so clean & comfortable.. Will stay in again..

The room was very clean and very close to amenities. Accessibility to the keys and RFID tag for car was easy and fast. Host was also very responsive and I highly recommend this place.

The check-in process went well with no difficulties. The studio apartment has all the necessary amenities. Overall, it's a decent spot to stay in a quiet region, despite the fact that the roads are busy. I loved the view from my window, and the checkout process was simple. I'll definitely search for Societe on my next business trip.

Unit is spacious and clean. Corridor can be noisy in the morning with people talking very loud and closing door.
