Ho prenotato questa proprietà perché è vicina a casa del mio amico. Non sapevo che fosse un appartamento con servizi. Quindi non aspettatevi il servizio di pulizia della stanza. Il check-in non è stato all'altezza degli standard rispetto ad altre strutture. Sono stato promosso a un appartamento con una camera da letto, ma in termini di disposizione e dimensioni... è solo che la zona giorno nel mio appartamento è chiaramente definita. L'appartamento, pur essendo nuovo e pulito, ho avuto la sensazione che i servizi non fossero purtroppo all'altezza. Ho trovato l'appartamento molto molto essenziale e tuttavia alcune necessità di base non erano fornite. L'angolo cottura non era affatto ben attrezzato. Come un set di bacchette e un cucchiaio e una forchetta. La stanza normale del mio amico aveva sei set di piatti e utensili... Il bagno era davvero essenziale. Bagnoschiuma e shampoo e un sapone per le mani... Tutto qui. Niente asciugamani, né fazzoletti. Abbiamo dovuto chiederli. Suggerisco alle pulizie di essere più coerenti e attente.

Ottimo posto dove soggiornare, ospitato da bamboo hospitality e per caso era lo stesso host del mio precedente soggiorno nelle vicinanze. Stacy è fantastica, risponde alle domande e mi ha dato chiare istruzioni per il check-in. All'arrivo, ho scoperto che il personale delle pulizie aveva dimenticato gli asciugamani, Stacy ha risposto e ha risolto subito il problema. È una donna disponibile e super gentile, non vedo l'ora di incontrarla di persona.

It's a new building, with amazing amenities and build quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, while the gym and pool are excellent. The washer works as intended and the water pressure was more than adequate. Since there's so many eateries around we did not use the kitchen at all. Free parking is a much welcome added bonus that any other properties in the area offer. However, our stay had some hiccoughs that made it far from perfect: - the fridge is noisy (being in a studio unit there is no separating wall to insulate) - we were unpleasantly surprised at 6:30am by a very loud humming noise, which I attributed could be from the central HVAC system. This noise was so loud that echoed throughout the entire hallway and I experienced dizziness and tinnitus shortly after, having shortened my intended rest by a few hours. After peaceful silence during night time, the situation repeated itself the following morning. When I questioned the staff about it, the young lady at reception was clueless, asked me if it was maintenance, and that they would "check". Another issue is the deposit at check-in. At checkout and upon confirming everything is fine with the room, "per policy" the deposit charge is to be refunded at a later time, which I find unacceptable, as any other place immediately returns it at checkout. I had to convince the staff to reluctantly process the refund on the POS machine.

Very clean, nice view and loads of eatery place

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel but the view was not scenery as it's just a building and houses. They provide complementary can drinks and tea bags but I'm hoping in the future they add in some coffee sachets as an option as well. The facilities were OK but nothing much.

Was unfairly charged 100myr for very mild food stains on the bedsheet. Tried to dispute it with the staff but they insisted that it would be changed as per “their MD’s new orders” Charged without trying to wash the sheets or anything. Checkin was ok, got a high floor. Lifts are slightly slow and may require 2-3mins of waiting. Room was overall comfortable and clean. Only 1 saucepan is provided in the svc apt along with basic cutlery. Built in washer/dryer was quite noisy and not user intuitive. Otherwise apart from the unfair charge would have given 4 stars.

This place is the located at the heart of Desa Sri hartamas where you are surrounded by hundreds of f&b outlets…. The gym is very new and the swim pool has got a very scenic view …. Water in the pool is just nice…. The service staff are friendly and very helpful… I checked out at 12 noon but my transport was not due until 3pm, so the staff allowed me to hang out at the co working area where’s air con and free WiFi … tq… will recommend this place to all my associates

Easy access, food street just around the corner. Room smells good. Super stunning view from #21 floor

Amazing location, in the middle of Hartamas. Walkable to so many restaurants. Place is new and clean, simple and basic amenities provided. Netflix is not foc, need to link to your own account. Aircond works great. Free ice cream from ice cream bar given

This is our second stay at Societie Hotel and it’s just as good as the previous. Excellent location, new facilities, and lovely staff!

Booked for colleagues from SG. They were impressed. Good food choices all around the hotel. They were very pleased on their stay.

Ally and her team were quick to assist when I needed something. I really appreciate their help and understanding. Will surely return back.

Prefer location plenty of foods around. Kids enjoy the stay & receptionist was very helpful.

Very nice and spacious room. Location is good with a lot of eateries and convenience stores right at doorstep. Recommended.
