Easy to find. Nice room, shower area small. Room heater not working, they gave us portable heater. Also charged us the tax wrongly but rectified the next day.

The front desk was super nice and helpful for heating up the food for us even it wasn’t his job. The view from the room was amazing and I like the shampoo they provided! Totally enjoyed during the stay

Nice place with the quay scenery. Best neighbourhood for star seeing. Everything is good about the room just one flaw is the lack of kettle.

The room with fine view of thee ocean. Pretty new building and equipment. Good service attiitude.Will come back again.

Overall was fantastic but the hotel is really short of manpower, I’ve waited for sometimes to checkin as there’s only 1 girl who is doing bar serving, checkin, room service, room cleaning.

There is no kettle but coffee machine.

Our favorite hotel during our entire Iceland trip! Giant bay windows in the rooms with picturesque views, furnishings were very clean and aesthetic, bathroom was comfortable with all essential amenities. It’s also a 3-min walk to Pakkhus which was one of the best restaurants ever

The hotel is clean and tidy, there is ample parking and the hotel has gifts for residents at Christmas, which is very thoughtful!
