Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato una grande delusione. Prima di tutto, la stanza era sporca. C'era polvere sui mobili, la moquette era macchiata e il bagno era tutt'altro che pulito. Gli asciugamani puzzavano di muffa e c'erano dei capelli nella doccia che chiaramente non erano miei. Tutto sommato, un'esperienza terribile. Non consiglierei questo hotel a nessuno e sicuramente non tornerò!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 7 notti. Puliscono la stanza ogni 2 giorni e non danno acqua in omaggio, quindi devi comprarla su Aeon a B3. La stanza e i servizi sono buoni... ma c'erano delle macchie sull'asciugamano e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarne uno nuovo. È stato allora che abbiamo saputo che la donna delle pulizie portava fuori la spazzatura dalla stanza... e poi, la stessa donna delle pulizie è tornata con l'asciugamano nuovo che avevamo chiesto. Non l'altro addetto alle pulizie. Quindi abbiamo deciso di usare il nostro asciugamano...

The hotel is quite old but the staff were helpful and friendly. There is an AEON supermarket where you can buy groceries. About 10 -15 mins walk to the MTR station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Panda Hotel again, and it was nothing short of amazing! From celebrating my birthday in style to enjoying a romantic getaway, this hotel truly knows how to make every moment special.  For my birthday, I was surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated, and their warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression. During a romantic stay, my partner and I were delighted by the thoughtful touches, like a heart-shaped cushion on the sofa, which added the perfect touch of love to our room.   And let’s talk about the location! With a shopping mall right downstairs, convenience was at its best. Whether I needed a last-minute item or just wanted to indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just steps away. After a day of shopping, retreating to the comfort of the hotel felt like a luxury.   Speaking of staff, I have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team who made our stay even more special! Herman, Richard, and Lily went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. Thank you for making us feel so well taken care of!

I enjoy to stay, having a good sleep, they have a spacious room and very convenient place.

The lobby was a bit busy and noisy due to group tourists. Below the hotel is a mall and it offers a wide selection of food plus a supermarket. Right in front of the hotel is the airport bus stop. Front office manager Allison was very help.

Location is very good - hotel inside a shopping complex and many other neighbourhoods shop around - public transport is good very close to two subway station and an airport bus shuttle to T1

A very well located, hands-on hotel in the North downtown Hing Kong. Has a huge galleria with many shops and restaurants. Service is fair, rooms are decent and is overall clean. Hotel offers a free shuttle to key places of the city, which is an awesome plus. Overly Panda theme, which gives a charm.

Panda hotel lives up to its name of being the most convenient hotel. It's an 8 minute walk to their nearest train station and the supermarket at B3 has everything you need. Restaurants and shops were worth it as well.

We really love to stay in panda hotel! The best hotel and recommended to all families like us.

Best value stay in HK so far. Big, clean room, dedicated bus stop, no frills customer service, a literal mall below the hotel with a plethora of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in HK.
