Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. L'hotel potrebbe essere vecchio ma, cosa più importante, le camere sono spaziose e sembra di essere a casa. E pulite. La pulizia è molto importante per me. Le camere sono ”enormi”! Adoro questa dimensione di oltre 80 mq, è così bello avere camere grandi una volta per tutte!! E i bagni sono puliti e grandi! La posizione è eccellente, è a circa 10 minuti dal quartiere vecchio ma la posizione intorno all'hotel è buona: alcuni bei ristoranti e in genere molto meglio che soggiornare nella zona del quartiere vecchio che può essere un rischio.

Io sono qui in maggio con Michael, con cui ho già soggiornato in Hanoi espressamente nelle vecchie vicinanze. Così sono felice di tornare con Michael dopo pochi anni! È così buono con me per me e-mail per dirgli che vengo di nuovo e ha risposto a casa. Questo hotel è un ottimo valore per i vostri soldi e il loro servizio è sopra tutto ciò che ho vissuto nei miei viaggi! Qualunque cosa ne abbia bisogno Michael vi organizzera' un taxi da un bus di lusso all'aeroporto a Sapa o un viaggio a Halong Bay. The place is nice and cosy, they are about sustainability as well. The staff are really nice and helpful as well and they have free tours but the tour guides do it out of good will so tip them well Ms Ly, Ms Thanh, Ms Nhan and Mr Chien were the staff that were serving us and they made our stay very memorable

From the late night reception, we were greeting amazingly by the staff. They took care of our stuff and made sure our room was adequate for our stay. The breakfast was very delicious, lots of choice for everyone and the juices are fresh and sweet. During the meal, the floor managers were very nice and friendly, giving us suggestions on what to do, where to go and time slots for the trains streets and other activities. They reception helped us book busses and even helped with laundries. We were very happy with our experience at the hotel ^^ Managers Jacky and Tony were amazing for their help and services :)

Capella Hano è il prossimo livello. Se vuoi un posto fantastico per passare in bella Hanoi, Capella è il posto per essere. Servizio fantastico dal momento in cui arrivate fino al momento in cui partete. Capisco perché la gente prenota la Capella in Hanoi e non vuole lasciare il posto. Le camere sono classiche, super pulite e semplicemente immaculate. Da caffè al champagne, tutto è fatto eccezionalmente bene. I ristoranti sono belli e i pasti sono bellissimi. Un riconoscimento speciale a Tran Thao, epitomò la Capella. Full di classe, felicità, amicizia e conoscenza. Se cerchi un fattore di wow, niente si avvicina alla Capella di Hanoi.

Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
