Although the receptionist had limited English speaking skills, they were amicable. Additionally, the service provided was satisfactory and our lodgings were clean; unfortunately, when I attempted to use the kettle for coffee-making purposes it contained insects. The cuisine offered on-site was ok. However, despite these drawbacks overall we received exceptional hospitality from all staff members encountered during our stay. I believe the advertisement indicates that transportation to the airport is free, but in reality you will need to pay an additional fee for this service.

Sono arrivato dopo le 11:00 e ho capito che avevo lasciato un dispositivo medico sulla navetta dell’aeroporto. Anche se era troppo tardi, il personale ha fatto tutte le chiamate telefoniche e ha aiutato a rintracciare le mie cose! Era sopra e oltre e così incredibilmente utile. Le camere sono molto belle e molto confortevoli, ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno incredibilmente gentile e utile il personale.

Cinque stelle perché ci siamo resi conto che eravamo malati da una precedente excursione intorno al Vietnam e erano estremamente carini e graziosi. Siamo apparsi deboli, sorpresi dal quartiere, e non abbiamo parlato vietnamita, ma ci hanno aiutato a trovare un posto, ci hanno parlato in inglese, ci hanno aiutato a trovare una farmacia vicino, ecc. Hanno anche un delizioso assassino di fo che accelera la nostra ripresa e ci hanno riempito di molte bottiglie d'acqua, così siamo rimasti idratati. Grazie a tutta la famiglia! Ci hai salvati!!

Reserved here through a hotel ”finding service” at the airport. Rule #1 DON'T DO THIS. Reserve places yourself. They obviously get a kick back. I was charged $50. I checked reviews and found out the hotel was only $20, so I asked to cancel. ”CANNOT CANCEL”. I was assured I'd get the best room at the best rate. They would not change my reservation to a different hotel. Hotel is near the airport. That is surely the only positive about this place. There are about 20 stairs to access the lobby from the street and no hand rail. My room was big and on the 5th floor, #504, with views of the busy highway and truck traffic, and the noise that comes with that. There was no ”decor”, just a bed (with dirty, wrinkled, grey linens), a florescent tube on the wall, a very small television, a battered tiny refrigerator on the floor in one corner, and two folding chairs with a vase of plastic flowers. The room smelled awful. The most identifiable component of the odor was urine. The bathroom was filthy. The grout was black. There was rust on the fixtures in the sink. The ”shower” was a hand held arrangement and there was no curtain. The smell of urine was overwhelming. The toilet paper roll had clearly been dropped into something wet. It was puffed up and wrinkled around one end of the roll. There was nothing else available -- and a phone number nine digitis long didn't work when I called to try to get another roll of TP. The peep hole in the door had a wad of paper stuck in it. I think the apparatus had been installed backward, allowing people outside in the hall to look into the room instead of the other way around. This was the chosen solution to the problem. At 1:30 a.m. there was a very noisy altercation in the hallway outside my room. Bumps and thumps, raised voices, shouting. Maybe even a murder? Sounded like it. The ”all tile” hallways echoed the riotous exchange throughout the entire floor. No sleep after that... I skipped breakfast which was included because everything was so dirty. If I could give this place a zero I would. Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in after several decades of travel. Stay here at your peril!!

L'hotel non è costoso, quindi naturalmente le aspettative sono poche. Ho prenotato prima del sistemazione, altre opzioni sono state vendute che sono migliori a prezzo/qualità, almeno per foto. Dalle sbarre: nessuna rosa vicino al letto, nessun tè/caffè, il frigorifero era spento, doveva spostarlo per spostarlo, e dietro di loro polvere e rotture (non molto piacevole), udito molto forte delle auto (ventrina andare all'autostrada), cortina di giardino rimosso. Tra i plus: molto piacevole, personale di cura. Condividi molto gentile, immediatamente regolato. Lasciate l'hotel alle 4:00. Il tassetto non poteva chiamare, non c'erano auto, il tizio con il respiratore ha aiutato molto rapidamente a chiamare un taxi e il prezzo del taxi non era sovrastimato, anche il tassetto più economico.

We found this hotel after a bad experience at a nearby hotel. The owner was amazing and really accommodating as I had broken my ankle and she could not do enough for us. She even found a stool for me to sit on so I could shower without getting my cast wet. The first impressions were lovely, very clean reception area, the lift was great and the rooms very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms have everything that’s needed and very quiet for us to sleep. The en-suite shower room is lovely with a double walk in shower The owner will arrange taxis etc to the airport and even took us to a restaurant for dinner and refused to accept any money. I would not hesitate to return here and by far the best in the area.
