Hotel in zona Armour Boutique, Hanoi

We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

Sono stato qui per un mese come volontario regolarmente in una comunità residenziale nelle vicinanze di Van Canh. È stata una grande esperienza. Ho avuto alcune camere diverse quando ho controllato per andarmene per un lungo fine settimana, e poi ho controllato di nuovo. È molto confortevole e piacevole, situato nel quartiere antico. Puoi facilmente camminare fino al lago Hoan Kiem, alla prigione Hoa Lo, ecc. E è proprio vicino alla strada Train, per vedere che arrivano i treni! In una nota più pratica, c'è un Circle K sotto il blocco per qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno, e un lavandino vicino alla porta che fornirà i vostri vestiti alla reception del vostro hotel. Ci sono bar e ristoranti proprio fuori, e la porta addietro è la Porta dell'India, gestita da sorelle Rohit e Neha, con stupendo cibo e servizio! Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto personali e utili. Mi piaceva vedere loro ogni giorno mentre andavo al lavoro. Ci sono i bagni forniti, quindi non uscirete mai, e ogni ospite riceve 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno come parte del loro soggiorno. Tornero' la prossima volta che sarò volontario.

Solo Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e utile. E 'un piccolo hotel e un nuovo marchio. Buona posizione. Il personale della ricezione è una gioiello. Kate in ufficio frontale è una delle più belle signore che abbia mai incontrato, mi ha guidato su Hanoi per il mio breve viaggio e lei è molto gentile e ha un bel sorriso ogni volta che passa il desk front. Il ristorante Fiona offre un buon colazione al mattino, un servizio eccellente e sicuramente un bene per questo hotel. È disponibile un bar al tetto per godere di birra la sera. Molte shopping e buone opzioni intorno all'hotel entro 10 minuti a piedi. Rimarrò qui, in definitiva, durante la mia prossima visita e vorrei raccomandarla a tutti.

L'hotel è di 5 stelle, ma non ha un livello di 5 stelle. Le camere sono vecchie, il pannello sulle pareti si sta spostando, le bagni sono un po 'giallo, tutto in totale non di gran lunga 5 stelle. Tenete presente che alcune camere hanno una sola porta di connessione, questo è un problema acustico quando i bambini alti giocano vicino alla porta ... La mia vera sala finestra ha visto un airshack all'interno e, dall'altra parte, un'installazione di fuga d'incendio. Non aspettate alcuna vista, solo un po'di luce del giorno. Il livello di servizio è impeccabile, il personale sta facendo il meglio per compensare. Ho ricevuto un grande sconto (prima di rimanere) da trip.com, quindi in tutto, il valore per i soldi era ok-ish.

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.

From the first moment we stepped into this hotel we were impressed. The service is outstanding! The staff go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. From day trips to local eats, this place goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious with very clean, comfortable beds. There are many hotels in Hanoi but we will be back to this one on our next visit. Thank Hotel Calido for making our first trip to Hanoi memorable.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

The hotel was located on the main street, so there were many restaurants, marts, and coffee shops. The exterior was decorated splendidly. The hotel room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was buffet style, and lots of food was served. If you are food lover then i just suggest only this hotel in Hanoi. The staff were kind, too

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.
