之前就住過開元旗下其他酒店，體驗感非常好，這家是新開的，環境很好也很乾凈，本人皮膚非常敏感且重度潔癖，居住下來也沒有任何不適，酒店服務人員非常熱情到位。 樓下就是地鐵站，乘地鐵去西湖大概坐12站可以直達，出行非常方便。 酒店旁邊就是商場，吃飯、買咖啡都很方便，總體來説還是非常好的，父母也很滿意，值得一試。
