Perfect location, amazing view, stylish and clean room, tasty breakfast

Very friendly and helpful family. The facility is quite and peaceful. Recommend to stay at least 2 nights.

The accommodations were exceptional, the a**osphere was pleasant, and the majority of the attractions were easily accessible. I highly recommend staying here! The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay, even assisting us with our heavy luggage on our departure day.

Very pleasant stay, we are a family of 5. We all had a wonderful time there. The tea fields were peaceful and the hotel itself has top quality. Kids wanna come back already!

It’s a very peaceful getaway. The 2 male staff are so nice and detailed! (The sole of my shoes came off and I asked them for superglue which they didnt have, but they bought it for me the next day and I was so surprised!) As a fellow hotelier, I feel the standard of service at this hotel is exceptional. I felt so well taken care of. Thank you and I had great memories at the hotel.

Designed like a house in the LA hills. Picturesque setting. Outdoor pool is fun if you want a refreshing dip. Dog and ducks are a nice addition if you like animals Only small complaint was that our room was supposed to be non smoking but had a very strong scent of smoke when we arrived

Excellent location in the middle of the tea plantations a close to the tea farmers production shops. The guys in charge are very friendly, the room is spacious and clean and the breakfast really good. You can choose either western or Chinese option. We had a really good experience and the location is grate to visit all the different touristic sports around.

Beautiful, just as photographed. The breakfast is plentiful and the coffee great. I could stay in that swimming pool all day. The location is good, around the corner from West Lake, close to the Kerry Centre, but far enough to be surrounded by greenery and the busy streets hidden. The hospitality of staff could be improved on, it wasn't a particularly inviting a**osphere. Sound proofing is not existent which is to be expected so just hope for self aware guests 😅
